Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Develop and manage performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage HR operations across government platforms (such as Qiwa), including contracts, transfers, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including organizational structures, job architecture, and workforce planning.
- Manage, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Support talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership on people-related initiatives and organizational development.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with government platforms such as Qiwa and other HR regulatory systems.
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
