Job Overview:
The IT Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Al Qadsiah Club’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations across club offices, training facilities, and sporting venues, while supporting staff, coaches, and management with reliable and secure technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the club
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure secure and stable connectivity
• Support sports operations technology, including match-day systems, video analysis tools, and access control systems
• Maintain data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment
• Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT systems and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with club policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices



Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
• Experience with networking, servers, and IT security fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Good communication and customer-service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in sports organizations, stadiums, or event-based environments
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and audiovisual systems
• Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of databases and system integrations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including match days or events
