Job Description:

OpenText Administration

• Administer OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, and xECM environments.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot platform, application, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, SAP Basis, and network teams.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery validation.

Installation & Upgrade

• Install and configure OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, OTAC, and Extended ECM (xECM).
• Configure application servers, web servers, databases, and storage components required for OpenText platforms.
• Plan and execute OpenText version upgrades and patching activities.
• Perform upgrade impact assessments and compatibility analysis.
• Execute upgrade activities for:
• OpenText Content Server
• OpenText Archive Server
• OpenText Extended ECM
• OTDS
• Conduct upgrade rehearsals, cutover planning, and production deployment.

SAP Integration

• Administer SAP ArchiveLink integrations.
• Configure and maintain OpenText xECM integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Support document archiving and retrieval processes.
• Configure Business Workspaces and Business References.
• Troubleshoot SAP/OpenText interfaces and workflow integrations.

Mandatory Skills

• OpenText Content Server Administration
• OpenText Archive Server
• OpenText Extended ECM (xECM)
• OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• OpenText Archive Center

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of OpenText administration experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle OpenText implementations.
• Minimum 2 OpenText upgrade projects completed successfully.
• Experience with OpenText and SAP integration projects.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs is highly preferred.
