Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Manager to lead our stewarding Team. If you have strong hotel experience, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the stewarding team to ensure smooth back‑of‑house operations
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen and service areas
• Oversee inventory, storage, and proper handling of equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with culinary and F&B departments to support daily operations
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, SOPs, and hygiene procedures
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and local regulations

Requirements

• Hotel experience is mandatory (preferably in a similar role)
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
