We're Hiring: Materials Manager

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Materials Manager to join our team and oversee all purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory control, and cost management functions within the hotel.

As a key member of our Finance and Operations team, the Materials Manager will ensure the efficient procurement and management of goods and services while maintaining Hyatt's quality standards and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all procurement and purchasing activities for hotel operations
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution processes
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and service levels
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies and local regulations
• Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate closely with operational departments to meet business needs
• Lead and develop the Materials team to achieve departmental objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Materials Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain, preferably within hospitality
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with inventory management systems and purchasing software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
