شركة Jasara Program Management Company (JASARA PMC) تعلن عن دعوة لتقديم إبداء الاهتمام (EOI) لوظيفة مدير برامج (Program Director) في الرياض، للعمل على الإشراف على برامج التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات (mixed-use) واسعة النطاق التي تشمل وحدات سكنية وتجارية وتجزئة ومساحات مجتمعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عملية التسليم الكامل لبرامج التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات، والإشراف على مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف البرنامج، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العميل ومتطلبات السوق
  • إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات الحكومية
  • ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومبادئ الاستدامة ومعايير الجودة
  • مراقبة أداء البرنامج من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والإشراف المالي وإدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير حالة البرنامج إلى الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة
  • قيادة الابتكار والتحسين المستمر في ممارسات إدارة البرامج
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الشركاء الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة المجتمعيين

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو التخطيط الحضري أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 25 عامًا في إدارة البرامج والمشاريع مع التركيز على مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات
  • سجل مثبت في قيادة برامج واسعة النطاق متعددة الاستخدامات بنجاح
  • فهم قوي لجوانب التخطيط والتصميم والبناء والتشغيل للتطورات متعددة الاستخدامات
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب مصلحة متنوعين
  • خبرة في إدارة العقود وتقييم المخاطر والرقابة المالية
  • يفضل خبرة في السوق السعودي أو أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
  • شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو PgMP أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية

JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced Programme Directors with expertise in mixed-use developments. This role requires a visionary leader to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale mixed-use programmes, comprising residential, commercial, retail, and community spaces. The Programme Director will be responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mixed-use development programmes, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet programme goals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market demands
  • Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, sustainability principles, and quality standards
  • Monitor programme performance through KPIs, financial oversight, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and present programme status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in programme management practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and community stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 25 years of extensive experience in programme and project management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale mixed-use programmes successfully
  • Strong understanding of planning, design, construction, and operational aspects of mixed-use developments
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and financial controls
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly desirable
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
