- JASARA PMC هي مشروع مشترك بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة (PIF) وجاكوبس وأرامكو السعودية، مكرسة لتطوير مشاريع البنية التحتية الاجتماعية في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
- تتكامل مشاريعنا متعددة الاستخدامات بين المساحات السكنية والتجارية والترفيهية، مما يعزز المجتمعات النابضة بالحياة.
- يقود هذا الدور الاستراتيجي التوجه التجاري لمشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات، مع ضمان التسليم الناجح والنمو المستدام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صياغة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تجارية مخصصة للمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات بما يتوافق مع رؤية جسارة.
- قيادة جميع الأنشطة التجارية بما في ذلك المناقصات والتفاوض على العقود وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- دفع مبادرات تطوير الأعمال لتوسيع محفظة المشاريع والحضور السوقي.
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات كالهندسة والمالية والقانونية لضمان إدارة العقود القوية وتخفيف المخاطر.
- الإشراف على أداء الفريق التجاري وتوجيه الموظفين لتحقيق النتائج المثلى.
- مراقبة اتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين لتقديم رؤى استراتيجية وتوصيات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في أدوار قيادية تجارية، خاصة ضمن مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العقود والتفاوض وتطوير الأعمال.
- قدرات قيادية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة الفرق التجارية.
- فهم شامل لسوق البناء والتطوير في الشرق الأوسط.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإلمام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والامتثال في المملكة العربية السعودية (مفضل).

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA's vision
- Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management
- Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation
- Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 20 years' experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors
- Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred
