يجمع هذا الدور بين خبرة البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات. ستعمل على مشروع فريد ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، تتولى فيه قيادة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإعداد التقارير التنفيذية وضمان التنسيق عبر الفرق المختلفة. المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التخطيط الاستراتيجي عبر المحافظ، وتطوير الجداول الرئيسية، واستراتيجيات المراحل، والنماذج المحملة بالموارد.
- تقديم تقارير تنفيذية عالية المستوى، وترجمة البيانات المعقدة إلى لوحات مؤشرات أداء رئيسية واضحة ورؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تحديد المخاطر مبكراً وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف والتعافي لحماية تنفيذ البرنامج.
- إنشاء وتطبيق عمليات موحدة للتخطيط والبيانات وإعداد التقارير عبر المؤسسة.
- قيادة وتطوير فرق مراقبة المشاريع، وضمان معايير عالية من الدقة والحوكمة والقدرة.
- دفع التوافق عبر أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع والتجارة والمالية والتسليم لضمان نتائج منسقة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، وتحمل مسؤولية التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة والتخفيضات أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل دراسي مناسب أو ما يعادله، ومؤهل ACA/ACCA مع أساس أكاديمي قوي.
- خبرة مثبتة في المالية والتوحيد مع قدرة متقدمة في Excel.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في PMO ومراقبة المشاريع في مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة داخل بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع قدرة تحليلية وقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة للهجرة وموافقة العميل.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading strategic planning across portfolios, developing master schedules, phasing strategies, and resource-loaded models.
- Delivering executive-level reporting, translating complex data into clear KPI dashboards and actionable insights.
- Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation and recovery strategies to protect programme delivery.
- Establishing and embedding standardised planning, data, and reporting processes across the organisation.
- Leading and developing project controls teams, ensuring high standards of accuracy, governance, and capability.
- Driving alignment across project, commercial, finance, and delivery stakeholders to ensure coordinated outcomes.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent. ACA/ACCA qualified, supported by strong academic foundation.
- Proven finance and consolidation expertise with advanced Excel capability.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
