شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات والإنشاءات، تبحث عن Senior Manager – Enterprise Architect للعمل على مشروع مطار جديد كبير في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الشركة إلى تحقيق التكامل بين حلول الأعمال والتقنية عبر البرامج الرئيسية، مع تركيز على أنظمة قابلة للتطوير وآمنة ومتكاملة لتحقيق نتائج متميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وإدارة البنية المؤسسية وحلول الأنظمة عبر أنظمة الأعمال ومنصات المشاريع والبرامج الرقمية.
- دعم توثيق متطلبات الأعمال وترجمة الاحتياجات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية إلى خرائط طريق معمارية وتصاميم حلول واضحة.
- تنسيق أعمال أصحاب المصلحة عبر وظائف الأعمال والتسليم والتقنية لضمان فهم المتطلبات وترتيب أولوياتها وتسليمها بفعالية.
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق أنظمة Procore لضمان التكامل الناجح بين منصات تسليم المشاريع والأنظمة المؤسسية.
- قيادة تصميم البنية عبر منصات تشمل Procore Technologies وOracle Corporation وOracle Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Corporation والتطبيقات المرتبطة.
- تطوير البنى المستهدفة والحالات الانتقالية وخرائط طريق التنفيذ للبرامج الاستراتيجية.
- ضمان أن تكون الحلول جاهزة للإنتاج وقابلة للدعم والتوسع وتم تبنيها بنجاح من قبل الأعمال.
- تحديد معايير التكامل واستراتيجيات API وتدفقات البيانات ونماذج التشغيل البيني عبر مشهد أنظمة معقد.
- تقديم الحوكمة التقنية وضمان التصميم عبر الموردين ومتكاملي الأنظمة وشركاء التسليم.
- دعم حوكمة البيانات والمرونة السيبرانية والضوابط المؤسسية ضمن قرارات البنية.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق لأصحاب المصلحة العليا بشأن الاستراتيجية الرقمية وتحسين الأنظمة وقدرات الحالة المستقبلية.
- توجيه المعماريين والمحللين وأعضاء الفريق الرقمي حول أفضل الممارسات ومعايير البنية.
- التعاون لتحقيق هدف الحياد الكربوني الصفري والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية مناسبة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في البنية المؤسسية أو حلول الأنظمة ضمن برامج كبيرة ومعقدة.
- خبرة عملية مع أدوات Procore وOracle وPrimavera P6 وSharePoint والأدوات ذات الصلة.
- كفاءة في تصميم البنى المستهدفة ونماذج التكامل وخرائط طريق التحول.
- فهم قوي لواجهات API والوسيطة وبيئات الأنظمة المتعددة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة بمشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة في شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of business and technology solutions across major programmes.
The role requires strong architectural leadership to ensure scalable, secure and integrated systems, working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to drive cohesive, value-led outcomes.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Defining and governing enterprise and solution architecture across business systems, project platforms and digital programmes.
- Supporting business requirements capture and translating strategic and operational needs into clear architectural roadmaps and solution designs.
- Coordinating stakeholders across business, delivery and technology functions to ensure requirements are understood, prioritised and effectively delivered.
- Working closely with the Procore systems team to ensure successful integration between project delivery platforms and enterprise systems.
- Leading architecture design across platforms including Procore Technologies, Oracle Corporation, Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Corporation and related business applications.
- Developing target architectures, transition states and implementation roadmaps for strategic programmes.
- Ensuring solutions are production-ready, supportable, scalable and successfully adopted by the business.
- Defining integration standards, API strategies, data flows and interoperability models across complex system landscapes.
- Providing technical governance and design assurance across suppliers, system integrators and delivery partners.
- Supporting data governance, cyber resilience and enterprise controls within architecture decisions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on digital strategy, system optimisation and future-state capabilities.
- Mentoring architects, analysts and digital team members on best practice and architecture standards.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Enterprise or Solution Architect experience within large, complex programmes.
- Hands-on experience with Procore, Oracle, Primavera P6, SharePoint and related tools.
- Competence in designing target architectures, integration models and transition roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware and multi-system environments.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.immigration and client approval.
