• Provide technical leadership for Coiled Tubing operations and intervention programs.
• Lead job planning, engineering design, risk assessment, and execution support.

• Act as the technical focal point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of technical talent.
• Support project start-ups, equipment readiness, and operational excellence initiatives.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention experience.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Engineer in Charge, Lead Engineer, or Senior Coiled Tubing Engineer.
• Strong background in intervention design, engineering support, and operational planning.
• Saudi Aramco experience is essential.
• Experience with HPHT wells and complex interventions is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Exposure to integrated well intervention projects.
• Experience supporting new technology deployment and operational expansion initiatives.
• Previous experience within major international oilfield service companies.
• Experience leading a team of Engineers
