Khidmah is seeking a skilled and motivated ELV Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Abqaiq. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair ELV systems, including:
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Public Address (PA) Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Intrusion & Security Systems
• Intercom Systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to complete assigned work orders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when required.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used safely.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems maintenance and installation.
• Previous Facilities Management (FM) experience is mandatory.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
