شركة Procter & Gamble تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل كهربائي (فني كهرباء ورديات) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنتمي وظيفة فني كهرباء الورديات إلى عائلة وظائف الإنتاج والخدمة والنقل (PST)، وهي المسؤولة عن تصنيع ونقل منتجاتنا بجودة مثالية. سيكون فني الكهرباء مسؤولاً عن الصيانة الكهربائية والدعم التشغيلي لخطوط التعبئة التي تتعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات، والعمل كمشغل للنظام أو المعدات في المنطقة المخصصة، والمشاركة في بيئة فريق لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وضمان الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال الصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية لمجموعة واسعة من معدات التعبئة، بما في ذلك السيور الناقلة، وآلات وضع العلامات، وآلات التعبئة، والأنظمة الروبوتية.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الكهربائية المتعلقة بـ Rockwell Automation PLCs، بما في ذلك البرمجة واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- العمل مع محولات التردد Allen-Bradley (AB) من حيث الإعداد واستكشاف الأخطاء والاستبدال.
- تحديد واستبدال المكونات الكهربائية التالفة في اللوحات الكهربائية، مع القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والكتيبات الفنية.
- استكشاف أعطال الدوائر الهوائية وصيانتها فيما يتعلق بمعدات التعبئة.
- التعاون الفعال مع أعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى لتحسين عمليات الإنتاج وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة وأداء المعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات (الورديات).
- إظهار مهارات تقنية وشخصية وتحليلية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية و/أو الإنجليزية.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of packing equipment, including conveyors, labeling machines, packaging machines, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to Rockwell Automation PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Work with Allen-Bradley (AB) Frequency Inverters, including setup, troubleshooting, and replacement.
- Identify and replace faulty electrical panel components, demonstrating the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic circuits as they relate to packing equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

- Diploma or Bachelor
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
