تعلن شركة Quest Global، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في تقديم خدمات الهندسة على مدى 25 عامًا، عن توفر وظيفة (Accounting Specialist) في مدينة الجبيل بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة التدفقات النقدية اليومية، ومراقبة الأرصدة البنكية، وإعداد توقعات السيولة الدورية.
- تنفيذ العمليات البنكية والإشراف عليها، بما في ذلك الحوالات المحلية والدولية.
- إدارة ومعالجة نظام حماية الأجور (WPS) لضمان صرف الرواتب بشكل متوافق وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إجراء التسويات البنكية الشهرية وحل أي اختلافات.
- إدارة دورة الحسابات الدائنة بالكامل من استلام الفواتير إلى تنفيذ المدفوعات.
- التحقق من فواتير الموردين وترميزها ومعالجتها في نظام ERP.
- تسوية كشوفات الموردين والتحقيق في التباينات وحل اختلافات الدفع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع معاملات الحسابات الدائنة وضمان سداد الموردين في الوقت المناسب.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية النظامية (مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الشركات).
- ضمان امتثال جميع المعاملات المالية للوائح الضريبية المحلية والسياسات الداخلية.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق الدقيقة لدعم المراجعات والتقييمات الضريبية.
- تسجيل وترحيل قيود اليومية في نظام SAP بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
- استخدام Microsoft Excel لإعداد النماذج المالية وتقارير تحليل التباين والتقارير الإدارية.
- دعم عمليات إقفال نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة بتوفير بيانات مالية دقيقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة والمالية.
- خبرة عملية مع SAP (مثل وحدات FI/MM).
- كفاءة متقدمة في Microsoft Excel (مثل VLOOKUP، Pivot Tables، Macros).
- فهم قوي للحسابات الدائنة والامتثال الضريبي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الخزانة ونظام WPS.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية، واهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- شهادة مهنية (مثل CPA، ACCA، CMA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة بقوانين العمل المحلية ومتطلبات الرواتب (يفضل).

Key Responsibilities
- Treasury & Banking Operations
- Manage daily cash flow, monitor bank balances, and prepare regular liquidity forecasts.
- Execute and oversee banking operations, including domestic and international wire transfers.
- Process and manage the Wage Protection System (WPS) payroll to ensure compliant and timely salary disbursements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution.
- Verify, code, and process vendor invoices in the ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate variances, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with local tax regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support tax audits and assessments.
- Financial Reporting & Systems Management
- Record and post journal entries in SAP accurately and on schedule.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create financial models, variance analysis reports, and ad-hoc management reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate financial data.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., FI/MM modules).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and tax compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with treasury management and WPS.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
