نبذة عن الوظيفة
- ستكون مسؤولاً عن التسليم الفني لمشاريع المياه في المملكة العربية السعودية، وضمان تسليم مشاريع العملاء وفقاً للجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة المطلوبة، مع تحقيق النجاح التجاري للشركة.
- دعم مدير القسم العام وقائد السوق في تنمية وتطوير فريق المياه في السعودية، بما في ذلك تحديد وجذب الكوادر المناسبة لدعم استراتيجية النمو في القطاع، والعمل بشكل تعاوني مع مراكز تسليم المياه المحلية والعالمية.
- المسؤولية عن تدريب وتطوير مرؤوسيك المباشرين وفريق المياه الأوسع في السعودية.
- تقديم الدعم لقائد السوق في بناء والحفاظ على علاقات الشركة مع عملائنا في قطاع المياه في السعودية، والمشاركة في الفوز بالأعمال وتنمية الحسابات الرئيسية، وقيادة التسليم الفني للمشاريع.
- لعب دور رئيسي في كسب ثقة العملاء الرئيسيين وإدارة شبكة واسعة من أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك ممثلي العملاء وقادة السوق ومديري الموارد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التسليم الفني لمشاريع المياه في السعودية.
- إرشاد وتطوير أعضاء الفريق والموظفين.
- جلب الموارد اللازمة لتسليم المشاريع بما يرضي العملاء وتحقيق أهداف الربح.
- تولي أدوار مدير المشروع / Principal Project لمشاريع قطاع المياه.
- دعم مديري المشاريع في التسليم الفني بما في ذلك تطوير التصميم ومراجعة المخرجات.
- حضور اجتماعات التقدم الفني مع العملاء وحل المشكلات الفنية الرئيسية.
- تحديد الفرص وتحويلها إلى Prospects.
- دعم عملية تقديم العروض وضمان أن تكون العروض سليمة من الناحية الفنية والتجارية ومتوافقة.
- تقديم مشاريع قوية تجارياً ونتائج عالية الجودة للعملاء ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وطرق العمل الرقمية ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.
- إظهار سلوك آمن وأخلاقي وشامل يتماشى مع قيم Mott MacDonald.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي مشابه ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم البنية التحتية للمياه والصرف الصحي.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الفنية المهنية والدولية.
- خبرة في العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- سابقة عمل مع عملاء حكوميين و/أو عملاء المدن العملاقة (Giga City)؛ الخبرة في السعودية مفضلة ولكنها غير أساسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل الحصول على صفة Chartered (Chartered Status).
- خبرة في مشاريع قطاع المياه في السعودية.
- خبرة قيادية تتضمن إرشاد وتطوير الآخرين.
- خبرة في دعم العروض والمقترحات (bids and proposals).

About The Role
As Technical Principal, you will have responsibility for the technical delivery of water projects across KSA, so ensuring that the client’s projects are delivered to time, cost and quality and that Mott MacDonald is commercially successful.
You will support the Divisional General Manager and Unit Market Lead for growing and developing the water team in KSA, including identifying and bringing in the right people into the business to support the sector growth strategy, whilst working collaboratively with both the Unit and Global Water delivery centres. You will also be responsible for the training and development of your direct reports and the wider water team in KSA.
You will provide support to the Unit Market Lead in building and maintaining Mott MacDonald’s relationships with our water clients in KSA. You will be expected to support the winning of work, growing key client accounts, and ultimately lead the technical delivery of the projects.
You will play a lead role in gaining trust with our key clients and will have a wide network of stakeholders to manage including Client representatives, Market Leaders, Divisional General Managers, Resource Managers, Bid Principal/Manager, Project Manager, Practice Leaders, and other stakeholders with interest in the Client.

- Lead the technical delivery of water projects in KSA.
- Mentor and develop team and staff members.
- Bring in resources to deliver projects to client satisfaction and meet profit targets.
- Take on Project Manager / Project Principal roles for water sector projects.
- Support Project Managers with technical delivery, including design development and reviewing deliverables.
- Attend client progress and technical meetings, resolving major technical issues.
- Identify opportunities and turn them into prospects.
- Support the bidding process, ensuring bids are technically and commercially sound and compliant.
- Deliver commercially robust projects and quality outcomes for clients, on budget and schedule.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to Mott MacDonald values.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar relevant engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Sound knowledge of professional and international technical standards.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Evidence of working with Government and/or Giga City clients; experience in KSA preferred, but not essential.
- Chartered Status will be advantageous and preferred.
- Experience in KSA water sector projects.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing others.
- Experience supporting bids and proposals.
