To ensure reliable and secure Data Center operations by managing systems, supporting users, and implementing technological solutions that support business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Functional
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Platform: Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Purview) and ensure optimal performance in hybrid environments.
- Identity & Access Management: Design and implement Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security controls.
- Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards (e.g., NCA) to protect organizational data.
- IT Infrastructure & Systems: Manage and design IT infrastructure (servers, virtualized and DC workload inside multi-cloud environments) to ensure reliability and performance.
- Business Applications Support: Ensure high availability and integration are maintained.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor system performance and plan capacity, scalability, and cost optimization improvements.
- Technology Implementation: Lead and support deployment of new IT solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
Operational
- Data Centre Operations: Monitor and support data centre physical infrastructure to ensure stable operations.
- Advanced Infrastructure Services: Manage and support core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Monitor and support data center physical infrastructure
- Infrastructure & System Availability: Ensure continuous availability of IT systems, servers by monitoring infrastructure and minimizing downtime.
- Incident & Service Management: Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests within SLA to maintain business continuity.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance activities including updates, patching, backups, and preventive checks.
- Performance & Monitoring: Monitor server performance, taking proactive and corrective actions as required.
- Change & Upgrade Support: Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation of security enhancements.
- ITSM Process Execution: Ensure adherence to ITSM processes including Incident, Service Request, and Change Management.
