مجموعة فقيه الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مسؤول محاكاة (Simulation Officer) للانضمام إلى فريقها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجهيز وتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وصيانة معدات المحاكاة والدمى ومدربات المهام وأنظمة الصوت والفيديو.
  • معايرة وفحص المعدات بانتظام لضمان الأداء الأمثل والسلامة.
  • ضمان ترتيب وصيانة مختبر المحاكاة بشكل صحيح قبل الجلسات وبعدها.
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات مفصلة لاستخدام المعدات والصيانة والمشكلات الفنية؛ التنسيق مع الموردين للخدمة والإصلاح.
  • تنفيذ الإجراءات المقررة لتجهيز وفحص معدات المحاكاة للتأكد من تشغيلها بشكل صحيح.
  • المساعدة في جدولة جلسات المحاكاة وإدارة الخدمات اللوجستية.
  • حل المشكلات المتعلقة بمعدات وتقنيات المحاكاة، وإبلاغ الموظفين الأكثر خبرة وإحالتهم إليها.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون المحاكاة ومستويات الإمداد وسجلات تتبع الأصول.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات السلامة في مختبر المحاكاة والالتزام بممارسات العمل الآمنة.
  • ضمان توفر جميع المواد واللوازم التعليمية المناسبة حسب الحاجة.
  • مساعدة مدربي الدورة في التنفيذ الفعال لجلسات التدريب القائمة على المحاكاة.
  • مراقبة المواد الاستهلاكية وبدء عمليات الشراء حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان اتباع مستخدمي المختبر لسياسات وإجراءات مركز المحاكاة.
  • إدارة إعداد المعدات، بما في ذلك إعداد وبرمجة وتشغيل أجهزة محاكاة المرضى ومدربات المهام والمعدات الطبية واللوازم ومعدات الصوت والفيديو.
  • المساعدة في تصميم وتطوير سيناريوهات المحاكاة بناءً على متطلبات المنهج الدراسي.
  • مساعدة المعلمين في تطوير واختبار سيناريوهات المحاكاة الجديدة.
  • التعاون مع المعلمين الطبيين والمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية لضمان تحقيق أنشطة المحاكاة لأهداف التعلم.
  • تسجيل وتحليل البيانات من جلسات المحاكاة لأغراض التقييم والتغذية الراجعة.
  • متابعة أحدث التطورات في تكنولوجيا المحاكاة الطبية.
  • تقديم التوجيه والدعم للمتعلمين قبل وأثناء وبعد جلسات المحاكاة.
  • إدارة مخزون المحاكاة، بما في ذلك الطلب والتخزين وصيانة اللوازم والمعدات.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين في استخدام تقنيات المحاكاة.
  • المشاركة في ورش العمل التدريبية والمشاريع البحثية القائمة على المحاكاة.
  • مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
  • الالتزام والتمسك بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لـ Fakeeh Care.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

  1. Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain simulation equipment, manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual systems.
  2. Calibrate and regularly inspect equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  3. Ensure simulation lab is orderly and properly maintained before and after sessions.
  4. Maintain detailed logs of equipment use, maintenance, and technical issues; coordinate with vendors for service and repairs.
  5. Performs established procedures for setting up and checking simulation equipment for correct operation.
  6. Assist in scheduling simulation sessions and managing logistics.
  7. Resolves problems relating to simulation equipment and techniques, informing and referring to more experienced staff.
  8. Maintain simulation inventory, supply levels, and asset tracking records
  9. Ensures that the simulation laboratory safety policies are complied with and that safe working practices are adhered to.
  10. Ensures that all adequate teaching materials and supplies are readily available as required.
  11. Assists course instructors with the effective implementation of simulation-based training sessions.
  12. Monitor consumables and initiate procurement processes as needed.
  13. Ensures that simulation center policies and procedures are followed by laboratory users.
  14. Manages equipment setup, including setting up, programming, and operating patient simulators, task trainers, hospital equipment, supplies, and audiovisual equipment.
  15. Assists in the design and development of simulation scenarios based on curriculum requirements
  16. Assist educators in developing and testing new simulation scenarios.
  17. Collaborates with medical educators and healthcare professionals to ensure the simulation activities meet the learning objectives
  18. Records and analyzes data from simulation sessions for evaluation and feedback purposes
  19. Keeps up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical simulation technology
  20. Provides guidance and support to learners before, during, and after simulation sessions
  21. Manages simulation inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies and equipment
  22. Provides technical guidance and training to faculty and staff in the use of simulation technologies.
  23. Participates in training workshops and simulation-based research projects.
  24. Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
