What you'll do You'll turn raw clips, a lot of it shot on our factory floor in Dammam, into finished, scroll-stopping pieces. You'll own the edit across formats and protect a consistent look and a high bar, at the speed a real publishing cadence needs.

• Edit across formats, short-form first, plus longer YouTube pieces
• Own pacing, cuts, transitions, sound design, music, captions, and on-screen text
• Hold a consistent look and quality bar across everything we publish
• Turn work around fast, so the cadence never slips

What we're looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail and real pride in the finished piece
• Strong instinct for rhythm, sound, and transitions, especially in short-form
• Fluent in the tools: Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut, or After Effects
• Can work at volume without dropping quality

Nice to have Motion graphics, basic design, color grading, audio mixing, thumbnail design, and the ability to also shoot.

How we work Small, senior, and fast. You own outcomes, not tickets, and volume with polish both matter early on. Hybrid in Dammam: on-site for shoots and the factory, remote for the rest.
