Job Purpose

To Perform daily maintenance activities(Routine ,PM, CM and walkthrough) to run the plant safely and efficiently without interruption.

Key Accountabilities

• Utilizing of updated governors to : Operation Management Systems (OMS) , Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP), Quality Assurance System Management (QASIM).
• Preform the daily maintenance activities (Routine ,PM, CM and walkthrough) according to Standard Maintenance Procedure with high quality and reasonable time and ensure proper filling and record of the maintenance related Forms.
• Also, ensure proper housekeeping after activity completion.
• Provide proper feedback to his supervisor by any findings or abnormality during performing his job.
• Respond to operation and maintenance emergency cases.
• Attend all on job and classroom training sessions and all other Mandatorily training as scheduled.
• Perform trouble shooting and ideal decision making and Propose best Practices.
• Carrying out departmental assignments and additional responsibilities.

Requirements & Minimum Experience:

• Minimum Associate in Engineering in Instrument or 2 years of formal full time vocational training in instruments, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, and preventative maintenance and overhaul work in a major industrial plant.

Job Specific Skills:

• Spoken English – Fluent
• Writing English – Fluent

Competencies:

• Deep understanding of maintenance Quality activities.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
