شركة Yokogawa، الحاصلة على جوائز في تقنيات مراقبة الأصول والتوأم الرقمي، تبحث عن خبير في الموضوع (Subject Matter Expert) للتخصص في الكيماويات الدقيقة (Fine Chemicals) في الخبر، السعودية، ضمن فريق متخصص في الصناعات الكيميائية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم أفضل الممارسات وقدرات Yokogawa كخبير صناعي في مجال الكيماويات المتخصصة (Specialty Chemicals) بهدف دعم المبيعات وتحديد فرص الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم المبيعات بمعرفة مجال الكيماويات المتخصصة لتحديد فرص أعمال إضافية من خلال فهم نقاط الألم والتحديات التي يواجهها العملاء، والتفاعل معهم بفعالية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم حلول تركز على العميل، مثل جمع ملاحظات العملاء وضمان مستوى الخدمة المطلوب وتعديل العمليات التجارية وفق احتياجات العملاء.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطة إدارة علاقات للعملاء الاستراتيجيين والمعقدين لبناء علاقات رئيسية على المستويين المحلي والمؤسسي.
- تنسيق التفاعل بين المؤسسة والعميل لضمان تدفق فعال للمعلومات وحل المشكلات.
- التشاور مع ممثلين من مستويات مختلفة لدى العميل لتحديد النتائج التي يحتاجونها، وإشراك المختصين الداخليين لجمع وتحليل بيانات العملاء المعقدة.
- قيادة فريق داخلي متعدد التخصصات لتكوين حل مخصص أو مصمم حسب الطلب من المنتجات والخدمات، وصياغة الشروط التعاقدية التي تلبي احتياجات العميل متوسطة وطويلة الأجل على المستوى الإقليمي والعالمي.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الأقسام الأخرى (مثل التسويق التجاري، استخبارات السوق) لتحسين العلاقات الداخلية وبناء علاقات خارجية قوية لتطوير خطط تسويقية داخلية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط إدارة علاقات للعملاء المحتملين المعقدين لتحديد وبناء علاقات مع صانعي القرار والمؤثرين المعنيين.
- دعم الفريق العالمي في صيانة نظام CRM ضمن نطاق المسؤولية، وتحديد فرص تحسين النظام لتعزيز إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- بناء شبكة علاقات شخصية في قطاع الأعمال وتمثيل المؤسسة في فعاليات القطاع، لجمع معلومات السوق وتعزيز رؤية المنظمة ومنتجاتها وخدماتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل في العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات (STEM).
- أكثر من 15 عاماً من الخبرة في تفسير الاستراتيجية والسياسات لتحديد وتحقيق الأهداف ضمن أطر زمنية متوسطة إلى طويلة.
- ما لا يقل عن 6 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة العملية العامة الكبيرة بالإضافة إلى خبرة شاملة متعلقة بالوظيفة في مجال التخصص بمستوى كفاءة كامل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على بناء العلاقات والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين. (إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية ميزة إضافية)
- معرفة شاملة بعمليات التصنيع والمعدات الأصلية في الكيماويات الدقيقة (OEM Fine Chemicals).
- امتلاك معرفة واسعة بمجال الصناعة.
- معرفة قوية بأحدث تقنيات الرقمنة وتأثيرها/استخدامها في القطاع الكيميائي.
- معرفة أحدث اتجاهات السوق في الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية وأفريقيا.
- مهارات في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- مهارات برمجية في تحليل البيانات والرسوم البيانية والعروض التقديمية (PowerPoint).
- القدرة على السفر وفق خطط مسبقة أو بطلب مفاجئ حسب الحاجة لدعم المنطقة عند توفر فرصة عمل.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support to Sales with Specialty Chemicals Domain knowledge to identify more business opportunities by understanding customers' pain points and challenges as a way of effectively engaging customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. For example, solicits customer feedback and data; conveys a clear understanding of the level of service the team is providing; takes action when standards are not met by team; aligns business process with customer needs
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan especially for strategic, complex accounts to build key relationships at local and corporate levels
- Coordinate the engagement of own organization with the customer organization to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues
- Consult with a range of customer representatives at different levels to identify the outcomes they require, introducing relevant internal specialists and utilizing their expertise to gather and analyze complex customer data
- Lead a cross-functional internal team to configure a complex tailored or bespoke product-and-services solution and associated contractual terms that meet the customer’s mid- to long-term needs at a regional and global level
- Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., Business Marketing, Market Intelligence) to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships to develop internal marketing plans
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers
- Support global team in the maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement that may enhance the management of customer relationships.
- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- More than 15 years of experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames
- At least 6 to 10 years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders. [ Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage]
- Thorough Knowledge in mining OEM Fine Chemicals and manufacturing process
- Possess extensive industry domain knowledge
- Strong Knowledge of latest digitalization technologies & its use/impact in Chemical Sector
- Knowledge on Latest’s market trend in ME specifically UAE / KSA and Africa.
- Skills in both English and Arabic verbal and written communication.
- Software skills in data analysis, Charting & Power Point Presentations
- Must be able to travel with planned or short noticed on-demand basis to support the region whenever there is a business opportunity
