JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder leads the strategic design and management of the digital economy roadmap to support Member States, while managing and reporting on the Digital Economy Navigator.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the operational plan for the Digital Ecosystem Roadmap Design to ensure full alignment with the Organization’s overall strategic goals.
• Manage, discuss, and optimize the Digital Ecosystem Roadmap Design budget with top management, ensuring effective resource utilization and reporting on challenges.
• Investigate and propose new initiatives that generate positive financial impact and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Lead the design of operational policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and cost-reduction across day-to-day activities.
• Establish and update a competitive, global-standard methodology and secure data collection system for the Digital Economy Navigator.
• Guide research to identify key dimensions, pillars, and indicators that accurately capture and promote the Digital Economy Navigator as a unique maturity index.
• Procure advanced analytical tools and implement strict data cleansing and validation protocols to ensure high data integrity and effective visualization.
• Conduct comprehensive workshops with Member States to identify pain points, analyze datasets, and identify digital economy trends.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, accessible reports and actionable strategic recommendations that foster digital maturity.
• Create and refine customized, high-level roadmaps in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure practical implementation and alignment with their goals.
• Publish and disseminate the conclusive DEN report, translating data-driven insights into strong strategic narratives.
• Partner closely with IT to integrate data findings into a unified, secure, and user-friendly Digital Economy Navigator digital platform.
• Provide continuous expert support to stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the communicated high-level Digital Economy Navigator roadmaps.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 9+ years of professional experience, with at least4 years of experience in a managerial position
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent is required
