We’re Hiring: Specialist - Dairy Technologist at NADEC!

Location: Saudi Arabia, Haradh

NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced dairy companies in the Middle East, is looking for a talented Specialist - Dairy Technologist to support our manufacturing operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality dairy products.

What You’ll Do

• Support and optimize dairy processing (pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation).

• Improve product formulations and ensure consistent quality.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support root‑cause analysis.

• Assist with new product trials, scale‑ups, and validation tests.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and internal quality standards.

• Train production teams on dairy processes and product requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in dairy manufacturing (FMCG preferred).

• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
