Hiring: Specialist - Quality Assurance (Operations)

Location: Haradh
Function: Quality 

About the Role

NADEC, one of the largest and most advanced dairy companies in the Middle East, is looking for a talented Specialist - Quality Assurance (Ops) to support quality assurance activities across operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections and testing, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, sampling, and testing of materials and products
• Support investigations, CAPA, and resolution of quality issues
• Maintain QA documentation, records, and reports
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Collaborate with Operations and cross‑functional teams
• Support supplier evaluations and equipment calibration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in QA/QC or operational quality roles
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and documentation
• Proficiency in English & Arabic and Microsoft Office
