نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك قائد فريق أمن في ميرافال ذا ريد سي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان بيئة آمنة وسلمية للضيوف والزملاء. ستقود بالقدوة، وتتمسك بقيم النزاهة والاحترام والرفاهية، وتضمن تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة بوعي واحترافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لفريق الأمن للحفاظ على بيئة منتجع آمنة ومأمونة.
- ضمان أن يكون جميع الأفراد حسن المظهر ومدربين ويتبعون الإجراءات المحددة.
- إجراء دوريات وتفتيش منتظمة للمناطق الرئيسية بما في ذلك مناطق الضيوف وسكن الزملاء والمحيط الخارجي.
- إدارة جداول المناوبات والتقارير وتوثيق الحوادث.
- الاستجابة بسرعة وفعالية لحالات الطوارئ أو الإنذارات أو الحوادث.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في وظيفة أمنية في فندق أو منتجع، بما في ذلك دور إشرافي.
- معرفة بإجراءات الطوارئ وأنظمة السلامة ولوائح الأمن السعودية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة؛ القدرة على البقاء هادئاً تحت الضغط.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية وشهادة تدريب أمني (يفضل).
- القدرة على المشي والوقوف وأداء مهام الدوريات الخارجية لفترات طويلة.
- رفع حمولات خفيفة إلى متوسطة أحياناً.
- بيئة العمل: منتجع صحي على جزيرة الشورى، البحر الأحمر. عمل داخلي وخارجي بنظام المناوبات يشمل الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

As Security Team Leader, you will need to:
- Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of the security team to maintain a safe and secure resort environment.
- Ensure all officers are well-presented, trained, and follow established procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of key areas, including guest zones, colleague housing, and perimeter.
- Manage shift schedules, reports, and incident documentation.
- Safety & Emergency Response
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.
- Conduct regular fire safety, evacuation, and first-aid training with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with Red Sea Global safety and security standards.
- Liaise with local authorities in case of incidents or regulatory requirements.
- Operational & Administrative Duties
- Maintain up-to-date records of security logs, key controls, and access cards.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to Engineering for corrective action.
- Monitor CCTV and access points to ensure operational functionality.
- Support incident investigations with factual reports and follow-up actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Saudi National (as per Saudization requirements).
- Diploma or equivalent in Security, Law Enforcement, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel or resort security position, including supervisory role.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures, safety systems, and KSA security regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Valid KSA driving license and security training certification preferred.
- Walking, standing, and outdoor patrol duties for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of light-to-medium loads.
- Wellness destination resort located on Shura Island, Red Sea.
- Indoor and outdoor environment; shift-based schedule including nights and weekends.
