DataVolt، الشركة الرائدة عالميًا في حلول مراكز البيانات المستدامة والمبتكرة، تبحث عن مسؤول HSE (الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) للعمل في موقع مشروع بناء مركز البيانات في نيوم، تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الشركة والجهات التنظيمية.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش ومراجعات وتقييم مخاطر دورية في الموقع لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وضمان الامتثال.
  • مراقبة أنشطة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة مع التوصيات بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تقديم جلسات توعية وتدريب في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للعاملين في الموقع والزوار.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التفتيش والحوادث والتدريب المتعلقة بالسلامة.
  • التنسيق مع السلطات المحلية والهيئات التنظيمية للحصول على التصاريح وإجراء التفتيش وضمان الامتثال.
  • دعم تطوير خطط الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ وضمان الجاهزية في جميع أنحاء الموقع.
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والوعي البيئي بين جميع الأطراف المعنية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد تقارير ولوحات بيانات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الشهرية للمراجعة الداخلية وللعميل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة أو علوم البيئة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو ما يعادلها إلزامية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في سلامة البناء، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة أو مراكز البيانات.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية والإلمام بأنظمة السلامة السعودية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الدولية (OSHA، ISO 45001، ISO 14001).

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental protocols across the data center construction site in Neom. The role demands a proactive approach to risk management, compliance with local and international safety standards, and coordination with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
  • Support the development of Emergency Response Plans and ensure readiness across the site.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing monthly HSE reports and dashboards for internal and client review.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
  • Prior experience working in KSA and familiarity with Saudi safety regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
