Primary Purpose
The Maintenance Technician ensures seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations at the KSA Facility by delivering essential machining, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance support.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical trouble shooting as well as preventive and repair work on production machinery, up to 480 volts.
- Be able to read electrical prints
- Assist with implementing a computerized preventative maintenance program
- Evaluate production tools and machinery for reliability and assess corrective measures
- Maintain adequate supply of spare parts, tools and support equipment
- Organize and maintain shop area
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Minimal travel is required
- Abide by all policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates deep technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, and basic electrical systems.
- Brings practical experience repairing and troubleshooting fork trucks and air or electric power tools.
