تعلن شركة Musco Lighting، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول الإضاءة الرياضية والمساحات الكبيرة، عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة (Maintenance Technician) في المنطقة الشرقية - الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يضمن فني الصيانة التنفيذ السلس لعمليات التصنيع اليومية في منشأة الشركة بالمملكة من خلال تقديم الدعم الأساسي في مجالات الماكينات والميكانيكا والكهرباء والصيانة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها في الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية، بالإضافة إلى أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحية لآلات الإنتاج حتى 480 فولت.
  • قراءة المخططات الكهربائية.
  • المساعدة في تطبيق برنامج الصيانة الوقائية المحوسب.
  • تقييم أدوات الإنتاج والآلات من حيث الموثوقية وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار والأدوات ومعدات الدعم.
  • تنظيم وصيانة منطقة الورشة.
  • التعامل مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات.
  • السفر المحدود عند الحاجة.
  • الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات.
  • أي مهام أخرى تُكلف بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفني صيانة في بيئة صناعية أو تصنيعية.
  • خبرة فنية عميقة في الصيانة الصناعية تشمل الهيدروليك (Hydraulics)، والنيوماتيك (Pneumatics)، والأدوات، والأنظمة الكهربائية الأساسية.
  • خبرة عملية في إصلاح واستكشاف أعطال رافعات الشوكة (fork trucks) والأدوات الكهربائية أو الهوائية.

Primary Purpose

The Maintenance Technician ensures seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations at the KSA Facility by delivering essential machining, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance support.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical trouble shooting as well as preventive and repair work on production machinery, up to 480 volts.
  • Be able to read electrical prints
  • Assist with implementing a computerized preventative maintenance program
  • Evaluate production tools and machinery for reliability and assess corrective measures
  • Maintain adequate supply of spare parts, tools and support equipment
  • Organize and maintain shop area
  • Work with vendors and suppliers
  • Minimal travel is required
  • Abide by all policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrates deep technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, and basic electrical systems.
  • Brings practical experience repairing and troubleshooting fork trucks and air or electric power tools.
