المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل المباشر مع العملاء لفهم رؤيتهم الإبداعية والتقنية، وترجمة تلك المتطلبات إلى حلول إضاءة مخصصة.
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب برمجة وهندسة أنظمة الإضاءة الترفيهية، بما في ذلك تطوير واجهات التحكم المتطورة والتأثيرات الضوئية وواجهات المستخدم.
- تقديم الدعم الفني من نوع تقنية الإضاءة لصيانة وخدمة وحدات الإضاءة المسرحية وأجهزة الليزر وغيرها من التقنيات الترفيهية المتخصصة، وضمان معايرة جميع المعدات واختبارها وتشغيلها بأفضل أداء للفعاليات الحية، واستكشاف المشكلات التقنية المعقدة وحل الاختلالات للحفاظ على سلامة جميع الأنظمة المثبتة ووظائفها.
- استخدام برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد والمحاكاة المسبقة (Pre-Visualization) لإنشاء محاكاة دقيقة للإضاءة، وتطوير رسومات توضيحية قبلية تمنح العملاء فهماً واضحاً لتصميم عرض الإضاءة النهائي ووظائفه قبل التنفيذ.
- العمل مع فريق المبيعات لإنتاج محتوى عالي الجودة وعروض توضيحية للإضاءة.
- الالتزام بمعايير الفريق في التوثيق، والحفاظ على سجلات مُحدّثة تغطي النطاق الكامل للتفاصيل التقنية والتكوينات والتعديلات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- تولي مسؤوليات تقنية أو قائمة على المشاريع إضافية حسب التكليف، والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر والابتكار في حلول الإضاءة والنجاح العام للمشروع.
- أي مهام أخرى يُسند بها.
- قد يتطلب العمل ساعات خارج أوقات الدوام الرسمي بسبب اختلاف المناطق الزمنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية (سنتان أو أربع سنوات) في علوم الحاسب، البرمجة، تصميم الإضاءة، إضاءة المسرح، أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- كفاءة عامة في استخدام الحاسوب.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم الإضاءة وبرمجتها وتشغيلها، مع خبرة كفني إضاءة أو مبرمج إضاءة أو مشغل كونسول أو دور مشابه.
- الإلمام بشبكات الصوت والفيديو والإضاءة (AVL networking).
- معرفة ببروتوكولات الإضاءة مثل DMX و sACN و Artnet وغيرها.
- خبرة مع كونسولات الإضاءة وبرمجيات ETC مثل GrandMA و Hog و Eos و Mosaic Designer تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة مع أدوات التصميم المتقدمة مثل VectorWorks و WYSIWYG و Capture و Unreal Engine أو برامج المحاكاة المسبقة (Pre-Visualization) المماثلة.
- الإلمام ببرمجة الويب والشبكات والبرمجة النصية (scripting) يُعتبر ميزة إضافية ويعزز قدرات تخصيص النظام.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- مهارات كتابية وشفهية ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة لجماهير متنوعة.
- قدرة مثبتة على التعاون بفعالية مع الفرق الداخلية والأطراف الخارجية، وضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع ورضا العملاء.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئات ديناميكية، والحفاظ على الهدوء والاحترافية في مواقع العمل.
- مهارات شخصية قوية مع القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية والتواصل بفعالية في بيئة تعاونية.

Essential Criteria
- 2 or 4 year degree in Computer Science, Programming, Lighting Design, Theater Lighting, or related field. Practical experience of 3-5 years a plus.
- General proficiency in computer skills
- Hands-on experience in lighting design, lighting programming, and operation, with experience as a lighting technician, lighting programmer, console operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Audio Visual Lighting (AVL) networking
- Knowledge of DMX, sACN, Artnet and other lighting protocols
- Experience with lighting consoles and ETC hardware/software, such as GrandMA, Hog, Eos, and Mosaic Designer would be a plus.
- Experience with advanced lighting and design tools such as, VectorWorks, WYSIWYG, Capture, Unreal Engine or equivalent Pre-Visualization (Pre-Vis) software.
- Familiarity with web programming, networking, and scripting is an advantage and enhances system customization capabilities is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in dynamic environments, maintaining composure and professionalism on jobsites.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build positive relationships and communicate effectively in a collaborative setting.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their creative and technical vision. Translate these requirements into tailored lighting solutions.
- Oversee all lighting programming and engineering aspects of entertainment lighting systems, including the development and implementation of sophisticated control interfaces, lighting effects, and user interfaces.
- Provide lighting tech style technical support for the servicing and maintenance of theatrical lighting fixtures, lasers, and other specialized entertainment technologies. Ensure all equipment is calibrated, tested, and functioning at peak performance levels for live events. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve discrepancies to maintain the integrity and functionality of all installed systems.
- Utilize 3D modeling and pre-visualization software to create precise lighting simulations. Develop pre-vis renderings that offer clients a clear understanding of the final light show design and functionality before deployment.
- Work with the sales team to produce high-quality rendered content and light show demonstrations.
- Adhere to team standards for documentation, maintaining up-to-date records that capture the full scope of the project’s technical details, configurations, and modifications.
- Undertake additional technical or project-based responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of lighting solutions and the overall success of the project.
