تعلن شركة Air Products عن توفر وظيفة مهندس SCADA في مدينة ضبا، تبوك، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل وتحسين أنظمة SCADA و Power Plant Controller (PPC) و Energy Management System (EMS) و Substation Automation System (SAS) وضمان التكامل والتوافق عبر أصول توليد الطاقة المتجددة والهجينة والمتصلة بالشبكة بما في ذلك أنظمة إدارة الطاقة الكهربائية (EPMS/TDMS).
  • قيادة أنشطة الامتثال لرموز الشبكة والتحقق من الأداء.
  • دفع الامتثال للأمن السيبراني لأنظمة التشغيل (OT) ومراجعة بنية الشبكة وفقًا لـ NCA و OTCC و ISA62443 وغيرها.
  • إجراء تقييمات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني وتخطيط المعالجة.
  • دعم أنشطة RTDS و HIL.
  • التنسيق مع مقاولي الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاءات (EPCs) ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية (OEMs) وشركات المرافق وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • التنسيق لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الموقع وتحليل السبب الجذري.
  • ضمان الامتثال لـ HCIS SEC في المشروع.
  • دعم إدارة أداء الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال SCADA والأتمتة مع أصول الطاقة المتجددة.
  • معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات IEC 61850 و IEC 60870-5-104 و DNP3 و Modbus و DLMS و OPC UA وغيرها.
  • خبرة عملية مع محطات الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة (BESS).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of SCADA, Power Plant Controller (PPC), Energy Management System (EMS), Substation Automation System (SAS) ensuring seamless integration and interoperability across renewable, hybrid, and grid-connected power generation assets including Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS/TDMS).
  • Lead grid code compliance and performance validation activities.
  • Drive OT cybersecurity compliance and network architecture reviews according to NCA, OTCC, ISA62443 etc.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and remediation planning
  • Support RTDS and HIL activities
  • Coordinate EPCs, OEMs, utilities and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure HCIS SEC compliance for the project
  • Support for Site Performance Management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or related Engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years SCADA and automation experience with renewable assets.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, Modbus, DLMS, OPC UA etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Solar, Wind and BESS facilities.
