تعلن شركة JTI (Japan Tobacco International) عن وظيفة أخصائي تفعيل المستهلك - قطاع HoReCa في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للسعوديين فقط.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تفعيل متكاملة للمستهلك وقناة HoReCa.
- دفع مشاركة المستهلك البالغ، والوعي بالعلامة التجارية، وتكرار الشراء مع ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي الكامل.
- تخطيط وتنسيق وإدارة عمليات التفعيل المباشر (121) عند نقاط البيع والفعاليات الموجهة للمستهلك.
- إدارة التعاون اليومي مع الوكالات، ومنظمي الفعاليات، والشركاء الخارجيين.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع حسابات HoReCa الرئيسية.
- ضمان السيطرة الكاملة والإبلاغ عن عمليات تفعيل المستهلك في نقاط البيع.
- التعاون مع مديري العلامات التجارية ومشاركة التجارة لضمان تنفيذ متسق للعلامات التجارية وبرامج التجارة عبر القنوات.
- مراقبة أداء التفعيل والإبلاغ عن الرؤى والنتائج وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
- دعم إدارة الميزانية والتنفيذ الفعال من حيث التكلفة لخطط التفعيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تفعيل المستهلك والتجارة، ويفضل في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- معرفة قوية بقناة HoReCa.
- فهم قوي للوائح التسويق ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الوكالات والموردين.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وإدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- القدرة على إدارة حملات متعددة في وقت واحد في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وإدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.

Position
As a Consumer Activation Specialist - HoReCa, you will
- Develop and execute integrated Consumer and HoReCa channel activation strategies
- Drive adult consumer engagement, brand awareness and repeat purchase while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Plan, coordinate and manage 121 activations at points of sale and consumer-facing events
- Manage day-to-day cooperation with agencies, event vendors and third-party partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa accounts
- Ensure full control and reporting of consumer activations at POS
- Partner with Brand and Trade Engagement managers to ensure consistent Brands and Trade programs execution across channels
- Monitor activation performance and report insights, results and and give recommendations on improvements
- Support budget management and cost-effective execution of activation plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer and trade activation, preferably in FMCG industry
- Solid knowledge of the HoReCa channel
- Strong understanding of marketing regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in agency and vendor management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
