About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director - Tenant Management to lead all tenant lifecycle activities across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, lease agreements, onboarding processes, performance monitoring, compliance requirements, and lease renewals while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Tenant Management strategies and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee tenant qualification processes, ensuring alignment between tenant requirements and asset capabilities.
• Manage lease negotiations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalize lease agreements.
• Lead tenant onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with operational requirements.
• Monitor tenant performance through KPIs, occupancy metrics, and satisfaction indicators.
• Oversee facility inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Manage tenant modification requests and coordinate feasibility assessments with relevant teams.
• Oversee lease renewals and terminations in accordance with organizational standards and tenant performance.
• Establish and maintain tenant management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Tenant Management, Property Management, Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field is preferred.
