Overview:

The Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise cybersecurity technologies to ensure the protection of organizational assets. The role focuses on managing security platforms, maintaining secure configurations, supporting integration activities, and continuously enhancing the organization's security posture across multiple security domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions, including EDR, NDR, WAF, PAM, DLP, IAM, MFA, NAC, Proxy Security, CASB, IPS, IDS, Endpoint Protection, Email Security, Firewall Management, and Vulnerability Management.
• Perform policy tuning, rule updates, and secure configuration management to improve the effectiveness of security controls.
• Support security tools integration with enterprise systems to ensure seamless monitoring and protection.
• Conduct security hardening activities for servers, endpoints, and network devices in accordance with security best practices.
• Perform access reviews and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including privileged access management and multi-factor authentication.
• Manage asset onboarding and ensure security controls are properly deployed across new systems and endpoints.
• Monitor the health and performance of security platforms and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain service availability.
• Validate security patches and configuration changes to ensure compliance with organizational security requirements.
• Support vulnerability management activities, including remediation tracking and security optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security operations, platform performance, and the overall cybersecurity posture.

Talent Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred, such as Security+, CySA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in administering and managing enterprise security technologies.
