نبذة عن الوظيفة
Learning Associate/Trainer مسؤول عن تنسيق وتنفيذ التدريب لجميع مسارات العمليات في مركز التنفيذ. يقيم ويحسن العمليات والتقنيات لتعزيز فعالية التعلم والإنتاجية عبر جميع الأقسام، ويساعد في إنجاح خطط التدريب ودعم احتياجات القوى العاملة في المركز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاستعداد للعمل بجداول/ورديات مرنة
- العمل كمشرف للمدربين والمدربين الأقران مع الموظفين الجدد
- تقديم تدريب المدربين والملاحظة والتدريب وفق معيار منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا
- ضمان تحديث سجلات التدريب عبر النظام
- الحفاظ على مواد التدريب وفق معيار المنطقة وتقديمها بما يضمن تجربة تعليمية إيجابية
- استخدام وتحليل البيانات يومياً لتحسين تجربة تعلم الموظفين الجدد
- تقديم ملاحظات للمدربين والمدربين الأقران حول أدائهم وأداء مجموعات الموظفين الجدد
- تنظيم (توزيع المدربين) ومتابعة التدريب المتبادل للعمليات لدعم احتياجات المهارات في أوقات الذروة
- العمل مع العمليات على مصفوفة المهارات لتحديد الثغرات في التدريب على الأدوار الحرجة
- دعم العمليات في تقديم التدريب على الأدوار الحرجة
- تحسين العمليات من خلال جمع الملاحظات وتحليل البيانات
- دعم توظيف المدربين والمدربين الأقران
- حضور الاجتماعات عند الحاجة وتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة
- العمل بالشراكة مع مدراء الوكالات لتحسين أداء الموظفين الجدد
- دعم مشاريع منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا من خلال الملاحظات والتحسينات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي والعرض
- خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
المهارات المطلوبة
- التحدث والكتابة والقراءة بطلاقة باللغة الإنجليزية

The Learning Associate/Trainer is responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process paths in the Fulfilment Center. Trainers evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments in the building. The Trainer assists in driving the success training plans and supporting the needs of the Fulfilment Center workforce.

Key job responsibilities
- Willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
- Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers with new hires
- Deliver Instructor training, observation and coaching to the MENA Standard
- Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console
- Ensure MENA training materials are kept and delivered against MENA standard and provide a positive learning experience
- Use and analyze data on a daily basis to improve NH learning experience
- Feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groups performance
- Organize (Instructors assignment) and monitor cross training for the operations to support peak skill requirements
- Work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training
- Support operations with the delivery of critical role training
- Improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data
- Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers
- Attend meetings when required and provide information required
- Work in partnership with the agency managers to improve new hire performance
- Support MENA level projects with feedback and improvements
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
