A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician at Siemens Energy, you will engage in hands-on production operations within the transformer manufacturing process. You will work on meaningful projects that contribute to the production of high-quality transformers, directly impacting our clients and partners while supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver reliable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Perform active-part drying operations, ensuring adherence to standard work instructions and monitoring process data.
• Prepare tanks by assembling accessories according to drawings and conducting self-inspections to meet quality standards.
• Execute active part in-tanking, including tightening and installation of components, while ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Carry out vacuum and oil filling procedures, maintaining equipment and troubleshooting any malfunctions during the process.
• Disassemble transformers post-testing, preparing accessories for delivery and ensuring proper packaging and storage.
• Uphold safety, quality, and 5S management practices, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate; technical training in electrical or mechanical trades is preferred.
• Prior experience in transformer or heavy electrical equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a physically demanding production environment and willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in all tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and equipment maintenance, contributing to team efficiency.
