Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Act as a sounding board and strategic advisor to the CEO.
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans and track progress against company-wide OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to successful execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall company efficiency.
2. Executive Office Management:
- Maximize the CEO’s time by managing priorities, ensuring their schedule is aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Prepare the CEO for all meetings, including drafting talking points, agendas, presentations, and gathering necessary data.
- Attend meetings alongside (or on behalf of) the CEO, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Organize and manage Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and offsites.
3. Communication & Liaison:
- Act as a bridge for communication between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment and swift decision-making.
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO (e.g., company-wide emails, newsletters, board updates).
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, investors, and partners.
4. Data Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to provide the CEO with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Anticipate potential risks or challenges and present proactive solutions to the leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (and [Insert other languages if needed]).
