نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل رئيس الشؤون المالية كعضو رئيسي في فريق القيادة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، لقيادة الاستراتيجية المالية والصرامة التشغيلية والبنية التحتية القابلة للتوسع لدعم النمو المستدام. تشرف الوظيفة على التنبؤ، الميزانية، التخطيط المالي، الخزانة، الامتثال، علاقات المستثمرين، والتقارير المالية، مع التعاون الوثيق مع القيادة الإقليمية والمؤسسة المالية العالمية لدفع الأداء واتخاذ القرارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية تتوافق مع أهداف الشركة وخطط النمو الإقليمية.
- قيادة عمليات التنبؤ والميزانية والتخطيط طويل المدى.
- تقديم تقارير شهرية وربعية وسنوية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة والمستثمرين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- وضع ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء المالية والتشغيلية الرئيسية.
- دفع قرارات تخصيص رأس المال والكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال النمذجة المالية وتحليل السيناريوهات.
- دعم مبادرات جمع الأموال والعلاقات المصرفية والأنشطة التمويلية الاستراتيجية حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان الحوكمة المالية القوية من خلال الضوابط والسياسات وعمليات الامتثال الفعالة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع المدققين والجهات التنظيمية ومستشاري الضرائب والمستثمرين وضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS وSOCPA/ZATCA والمتطلبات الضريبية.
- بناء وتوجيه وتطوير فريق مالي عالي الأداء مع مسؤوليات واضحة ومعايير أداء.
- التعاون مع فرق العمليات والمنتجات والتطوير والشؤون القانونية والموارد البشرية لتقديم رؤى مالية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- المحاسبة المؤسسية: الحفاظ على سلامة دفتر الأستاذ العام والتسويات والإغلاق الشهري وإعداد التدقيق والتقارير الإدارية للكيانات السعودية بفترة إغلاق لا تتجاوز خمسة أيام عمل.
- الخزانة والنقد: الحفاظ على توقعات التدفق النقدي لمدة 13 أسبوعًا محدثة أسبوعيًا؛ تحسين رأس المال العامل وضوابط الدفع والسيولة النقدية؛ إدارة العمليات المصرفية ومعرفة العميل (KYC).
- الامتثال التنظيمي: ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS وSOCPA/ZATCA وضريبة القيمة المضافة والفواتير الإلكترونية؛ التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والمستشارين الضريبيين.
- الاستراتيجية المالية لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا: بناء نموذج تشغيلي قائم على المحركات يربط اقتصاديات الوحدة بقائمة الدخل للموقع والموازنة الإقليمية؛ تشغيل التخطيط السنوي وإعادة التنبؤ المستمر.
- دعم القرار والتحليلات: تشغيل تخطيط السيناريوهات (التسعير، التوظيف، الإنفاق الرأسمالي، وتيرة الإطلاق)؛ إعداد حزمة أداء أسبوعية للنقد ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمنطقة.
- استراتيجية تخصيص رأس المال والتمويل: تحديد هيكل رأس المال الأمثل لمبادرات المنطقة (الأسهم، الديون المشروعة، المشاريع المشتركة)؛ الحفاظ على العلاقات المصرفية العليا وضمان إدارة التسهيلات بسلاسة.
- العمل المشترك بين الإدارات: ترجمة الأمور المالية لفرق العمليات والمنتجات والتطوير؛ التنسيق مع محاسبة العقارات لضمان دقة البيانات المالية للمباني في تقارير المنطقة.
- الأنظمة والعمليات: رفع مستوى العمليات والضوابط عبر QuickBooks/Sage وRamp وSheets/BI؛ توحيد دورات الإغلاق والنقد والتقارير.
- قيادة الفريق: تدريب أعضاء الفريق؛ وضع اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة؛ إعداد أدلة عمل للمبادئ الأولية للإغلاق والنقد والتخطيط ومواد مجلس الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مشغل عملي يتمتع باهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل واستعداد للعمل على الشؤون المالية الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية.
- 8-12 سنة من الخبرة.
- ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو درجة متقدمة مكافئة في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مؤهل مهني (CPA/ACCA/CA/SOCPA) مع خبرة عميقة في IFRS وSOCPA/ZATCA؛ قدرة قوية على التدقيق والتنفيذ الشهري.
- فهم ممتاز للتمويل المؤسسي والمبادئ المحاسبية (GAAP/IFRS) والتنبؤ المالي.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة الخزانة والنقد والقدرة على إدارة العلاقات المصرفية العليا في السعودية.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء النماذج والعمليات والضوابط من الصفر.
- يزدهر في البيئات سريعة النمو والغامرة.
- قدرات متقدمة في النمذجة المالية والتحليل باستخدام Excel و/أو Google Sheets.

About The Role
The Head of Finance will serve as a key member of the MENA Leadership Team, leading financial strategy, operational rigor, and scalable infrastructure to support sustainable growth across the region. The role will oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, compliance, investor relations, and reporting, while partnering closely with regional leadership and the global finance organization to drive performance and decision-making
Outcomes
- Operations: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and regional growth plans. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for leadership, investors, and stakeholders. Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Financial Leadership: Drive capital allocation decisions and operational efficiency through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and macroeconomic insights. Support fundraising initiatives, banking relationships, and strategic financing activities as needed.
- Controls: Ensure strong financial governance through effective controls, policies, and compliance processes. Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, tax advisors, and investors. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, tax requirements, and applicable regulatory standards while proactively identifying and mitigating operational and financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization with clear accountability, performance standards, and scalable operating processes. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Development, Legal, and People teams to provide actionable financial insights and decision support.
- Corporate Accounting: Own general ledger integrity, reconciliations, monthly close, audit preparation, and management reporting for KSA entities, ensuring a close cycle of five business days or fewer
- Treasury & Cash: Maintain a 13-week rolling cash-flow updated weekly; optimize working capital, payment controls, and liquidity buffers; manage banking operations, KYC
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, VAT, and e-invoicing requirements. Coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders.
- MENA Strategic Finance: Build and own the driver-based operating model linking unit economics → site P&L → regional consolidation; run annual planning and rolling re-forecast for MENA
- Decision Support & Analytics: Run scenario planning (pricing, staffing, capex, launch cadence); produce a weekly MENA Cash & KPI pack for leadership with actionable insights
- Capital Allocation & Financing Strategy: Frame optimal capital stack for MENA initiatives (equity, project debt, JV/mezz); maintain senior banking relationships and ensure smooth facility administration (no mandate to originate new facilities)
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Translate finance for Ops, Product, and Development; coordinate with Property Accounting to ensure accurate building-level statements flow into KSA/MENA reporting
- Systems & Process: Level up processes and controls across QuickBooks/Sage, Ramp, and Sheets/BI; standardize close, cash, and reporting cadences
- Team Leadership: Coach team members; set SLAs; establish “first-principles” playbooks for close, cash, planning, and board-ready materials
- Hands-on operator with strong attention to detail and willingness to work across strategic and operational finance matters.
- 8-12 years of experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree relating to Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/SOCPA) with deep IFRS and SOCPA/ZATCA exposure; strong audit and month-end execution
- Excellent understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial forecasting.
- Hands-on treasury/cash management and comfort stewarding senior KSA banking relationships
- Proven ability to build models, processes, and controls from scratch
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable leveraging modern finance systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight generation..
- Fluent in English and Arabic; concise, executive-level communication
