انضم إلى WSP في الشرق الأوسط في الرياض، السعودية، كمخطط نقل أول (Senior Transport Planner) لقيادة تخطيط وتصميم استراتيجيات النقل عبر مشاريع تطوير كبيرة متعددة التخصصات، وتقديم خبرة موضوعية لضمان حلول تنقل متكاملة ومستدامة وفعالة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة دراسات تخطيط النقل بما في ذلك تقييمات الأثر المروري، واستراتيجيات التنقل، ومدخلات التخطيط الرئيسي
  • تطوير ومراجعة نماذج النقل، وتوقعات الطلب، وحلول النقل متعدد الوسائط
  • تقديم مدخلات استراتيجية للمخططات الرئيسية، وضمان التوافق مع استخدام الأراضي والبنية التحتية والتسلسل الزمني
  • التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط الحضري والطرق السريعة والبنية التحتية والتصميم لضمان حلول متكاملة
  • إدارة استشاريي التصميم ومراجعة المخرجات لضمان الجودة الفنية والامتثال
  • التفاعل مع الجهات المعنية والسلطات والهيئات التنظيمية للحصول على الموافقات والتوافق حول استراتيجيات النقل
  • دعم فرق المشروع في حل التحديات المعقدة المتعلقة بالنقل خلال مرحلتي التصميم والتنفيذ
  • ضمان الالتزام بأفضل الممارسات في الاستدامة والسلامة وإمكانية الوصول

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في تخطيط النقل، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تخطيط النقل ضمن مشاريع تطوير كبيرة
  • خبرة قوية في أدوات نمذجة النقل وتحليل الأثر المروري
  • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة التنسيق متعدد التخصصات والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية
  • معرفة متعمقة بالمعايير والإرشادات الإقليمية والدولية للنقل
  • العضوية المهنية أو الزمالة (Chartership) مفضلة

Lead the planning and design of transport strategies across large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects. Provide subject matter expertise to ensure integrated, sustainable, and efficient mobility solutions aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transport planning studies including traffic impact assessments, mobility strategies, and master planning inputs
  • Develop and review transport models, demand forecasts, and multi-modal transport solutions
  • Provide strategic input into masterplans, ensuring alignment with land use, infrastructure, and phasing
  • Coordinate with urban planning, highways, infrastructure, and design teams to ensure integrated solutions
  • Manage design consultants and review deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance
  • Engage with stakeholders, authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and align on transport strategies
  • Support project teams in resolving complex transport-related challenges during design and delivery phases
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in sustainability, safety, and accessibility


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in transport planning within large-scale developments
  • Strong experience in transport modelling tools and traffic impact analysis
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of regional/international transport standards and guidelines
  • Professional membership or chartership preferred
