تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس أول - كهرباء للعمل في مشاريعها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق عالمي على مشاريع بارزة في بيئة تشجع الابتكار والتنوع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مراجعة التصميم الكهربائي لجميع أنظمة الطاقة والأنظمة منخفضة التيار، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية وأفضل ممارسات مراكز البيانات.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من التصاميم الخاصة بتوزيع الجهد المتوسط/المنخفض (MV/LV)، وأنظمة UPS، والمولدات، والتأريض، والإضاءة، وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV)، والبنية التحتية للطاقة الحرجة.
  • الإشراف على الأعمال الكهربائية في الموقع، وضمان الجودة والسلامة والالتزام بالمخططات المعتمدة وبيانات الطريقة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الميكانيكا والمعمار وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والتشغيل لضمان التكامل السلس لجميع الأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • تحديد الفجوات التصميمية والمخاطر الفنية ومشكلات قابلية التنفيذ، واقتراح حلول عملية.
  • دعم اختبارات القبول في المصنع والموقع (FAT/SAT) للمعدات الكهربائية الرئيسية.
  • مراقبة تقدم المقاولين ومراجعة المذكرات الفنية وتقديم توصيات واضحة لقادة المشروع.
  • ضمان أن جميع التركيبات الكهربائية تلبي متطلبات الموثوقية والتكرار لبيئات مراكز البيانات المصنفة (Tier-rated).
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التشغيل ودعم وثائق التسليم النهائي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في الهندسة الكهربائية ضمن مشاريع إنشائية كبيرة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة مراكز البيانات أو الأنظمة الحرجة أو الأنظمة الكهربائية عالية الموثوقية.
  • خلفية قوية في مراجعة التصميم والإشراف الميداني والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
  • الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical design review for all power and low‑current systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and data centre best practices.
  • Review and validate designs for MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, generators, grounding, lighting, ELV systems, and critical power infrastructure.
  • Supervise electrical works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and method statements.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, ICT, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of all electrical systems.
  • Identify design gaps, technical risks, and constructability issues, proposing practical solutions.
  • Support factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) for major electrical equipment.
  • Monitor contractor progress, review technical submittals, and provide clear recommendations to the project leadership.
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet the reliability and redundancy requirements of Tier‑rated data centre environments.
  • Participate in commissioning activities and support final handover documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering within large‑scale construction projects
  • Proven experience in data centre, mission‑critical, or high‑reliability electrical systems
  • Strong background in design review, site supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Familiarity with international standards
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
