نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف الاستشاري لمشروع تطوير بنية تحتية كبير يقع على بعد حوالي 100 كم شمال جدة، وذلك للعمل ضمن شركة WSP in the Middle East في مكة جدة، السعودية. سيساعد المهندس المقيم في الإشراف على أعمال الميكانيكا والمرافق في الموقع، مع ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف ومراقبة أعمال إنشاء الميكانيكا والمرافق في الموقع وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
  • مساعدة المهندس المقيم (الميكانيكي) في الإشراف على أعمال البنية التحتية الميكانيكية.
  • فحص والإشراف على تركيب شبكات إمدادات المياه الصالحة للشرب.
  • مراقبة الأعمال المتعلقة بأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
  • الإشراف على تركيب شبكات توزيع الغاز.
  • مراقبة إنشاء أنظمة تصريف مياه الأمطار والصرف الصحي.
  • الإشراف على تركيب أنظمة الري والأعمال الميكانيكية المتعلقة بالمناظر الطبيعية.
  • ضمان امتثال المقاول لأساليب العمل المعتمدة والرسومات ومعايير الجودة.
  • مراجعة مستندات المقاول بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية ومستندات المواد.
  • إجراء التفتيش الموقعي وفحوصات الجودة لضمان ممارسات الإنشاء السليمة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد تقارير التفتيش والتقارير الموقعية وتحديثات التقدم.
  • تحديد المشكلات الفنية وعدم المطابقة والتأخيرات وإبلاغ المهندس المقيم بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع إنشاء أو إشراف على البنية التحتية.
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية للمرافق بما في ذلك المياه الصالحة للشرب، مكافحة الحرائق، توزيع الغاز، تصريف مياه الأمطار، الصرف الصحي، وأنظمة الري.
  • الأفضلية لخبرة سابقة في العمل مع شركات استشارات هندسية في دور إشرافي.
  • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الإشراف على الإنشاءات والتفتيش ومعايير مراقبة الجودة.
  • مهارات قوية في التنسيق والتفتيش وإعداد التقارير.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the supervision consultancy team for a large-scale infrastructure development project located approximately 100 km north of Jeddah. The selected candidate will assist the Resident Engineer in supervising mechanical and utility works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor mechanical and utility construction works on site in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Assist the Resident Engineer (Mechanical) in overseeing mechanical infrastructure works.
  • Inspect and supervise installation of potable water supply networks.
  • Monitor works related to firefighting systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Supervise installation of gas distribution networks.
  • Monitor construction of stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems.
  • Supervise installation of irrigation systems and landscape-related mechanical works.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with approved method statements, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Review contractor submissions including shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper construction practices.
  • Assist in preparing inspection reports, site reports, and progress updates.
  • Identify and report technical issues, non-conformances, and delays to the Resident Engineer.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure construction or supervision projects.
  • Experience in utility infrastructure projects including potable water, firefighting, gas distribution, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewage, and irrigation systems.
  • Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of construction supervision, inspection procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Strong coordination, inspection, and reporting skills.
