تعلن شركة WSP in the Middle East عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس سلامة (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف الاستشاري لمشروع تطوير بنية تحتية واسع النطاق يقع على بعد حوالي 100 كم شمال مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيقوم المهندس المختص بمراقبة وتنفيذ معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة البناء بأمان ووفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة وتنفيذ لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الموقع.
  • ضمان امتثال المقاول لخطط السلامة والإجراءات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • إجراء تفتيشات ومراجعات دورية للسلامة في الموقع لتحديد المخاطر وضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
  • مراجعة مستندات المقاول بما في ذلك خطط HSE، تقييم المخاطر، بيانات الطريقة، وإجراءات السلامة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة البناء المتعلقة بشبكات الطرق والبنية التحتية متعددة الخدمات، وضمان الامتثال للسلامة لأعمال تشمل: شبكات المياه الصالحة للشرب، أنظمة مكافحة الحريق، أنظمة توزيع الغاز، شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار والصرف الصحي، توزيع الطاقة (الجهد المتوسط والمنخفض)، إنارة الشوارع والاتصالات، وأعمال الري والتشجير.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة، وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة.
  • إجراء محادثات السلامة (Toolbox Talks) وجلسات التوعية والتدريب على السلامة لموظفي الموقع.
  • ضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
  • إعداد وصيانة تقارير HSE وسجلات التفتيش ووثائق السلامة المطلوبة للمشروع.
  • التنسيق مع فريق الإشراف والمقاول لضمان التحسين المستمر لأداء السلامة في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الصحة والسلامة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الإنشائية.
  • خبرة قوية في مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية متعددة الخدمات.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل مع شركات الاستشارات الهندسية في مهام الإشراف.
  • الجنسية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة جيدة بمعايير HSE الدولية وممارسات السلامة في البناء.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفتيش وإعداد التقارير.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer (HSE) to join the supervision consultancy team for a large-scale infrastructure development project located approximately 100 km north of Jeddah. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on site to ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with project safety plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure safe working practices.
  • Review contractor submissions including HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor construction activities related to road networks and multi-utility infrastructure, ensuring safety compliance for works including:
    • Potable water networks
    • Firefighting systems
    • Gas distribution systems
    • Stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems
    • Power distribution (MV & LV)
    • Street lighting and telecom infrastructure
    • Irrigation and landscape works
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions, and safety training for site personnel.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
  • Maintain and prepare HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation as required by the project.
  • Coordinate with the supervision team and contractor to ensure continuous improvement of site safety performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in health and safety for infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong experience in road and multi-utility infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity.
  • Good knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety practices.
  • Strong communication, inspection, and reporting skills.
