WSP in the Middle East تطلب مهندساً مقيماً (كهرباء) للانضمام إلى فريق استشاري إشرافي لمشروع تطوير بنية تحتية كبير يقع على بعد حوالي 100 كم شمال جدة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس مقيم (كهرباء) من ذوي الخبرة للانضمام إلى فريق استشاري إشرافي لمشروع تطوير بنية تحتية كبير يقع على بعد حوالي 100 كم شمال جدة. يتضمن الدور الإشراف على جميع الأعمال الكهربائية ومرافق الخدمات المرتبطة بها في الموقع، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والتصاميم المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة أنشطة الإشراف الكهربائي في الموقع ضمن فريق الاستشاري.
  • الإشراف على تركيب وبناء شبكات توزيع الطاقة (MV & LV).
  • الإشراف على أنظمة إنارة الشوارع والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
  • الإشراف على الأعمال المتعلقة ببنية الاتصالات بما في ذلك القنوات (ducts) والغرف (chambers) والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق الأعمال الكهربائية مع مرافق البنية التحتية الأخرى مثل شبكات الطرق والمياه والصرف الصحي ومياه الأمطار وتوزيع الغاز والري وتنسيق المواقع.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الكهربائية وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة والمعايير الدولية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية (shop drawings) ومقدمات المواد وطرق التنفيذ (method statements) المقدمة من المقاولين.
  • مراقبة تقدم البناء والجودة والامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
  • حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع والتنسيق مع فرق التصميم عند الحاجة.
  • إعداد ومراجعة تقارير التفتيش الميداني وتقارير التقدم والوثائق الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الإشراف على البنية التحتية مع شركات استشارية هندسية.
  • خبرة قوية في توزيع الطاقة (MV/LV) وإنارة الشوارع وبنية الاتصالات.
  • خبرة في تنسيق الأعمال الكهربائية ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة المرافق.
  • مهارات قيادية وتنسيقية وإدارة موقع قوية.
  • قدرات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (Electrical) to join a supervision consultancy team for a major infrastructure development project located approximately 100 km north of Jeddah. The role involves supervising all electrical and related utility works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the electrical supervision activities on site as part of the consultant team.
  • Supervise installation and construction of power distribution networks (MV & LV).
  • Oversee street lighting systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Supervise works related to telecom infrastructure including ducts, chambers, and related systems.
  • Coordinate electrical works with other infrastructure utilities such as road networks, water, sewage, stormwater, gas distribution, irrigation, and landscaping.
  • Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues on site and coordinate with design teams when required.
  • Prepare and review site inspection reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure supervision projects with engineering consultancy firms.
  • Strong experience in MV/LV power distribution, street lighting, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating electrical works within multi-utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
