تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس رئيسي - الخدمات الجافة (Dry Utilities) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المرشح الناجح قيادة والمساهمة في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية الكهربائية والطاقة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم حلول هندسية شاملة، تحليلات، مواصفات، ودعم المشتريات لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • إدارة الفرص والمخاطر في المشروع.
  • امتلاك معرفة جيدة بالعقد والبنود الرئيسية.
  • إدارة المخرجات وتقديم الدعم الفني للفريق.
  • إعداد الجداول الزمنية، خطط الموارد، والمساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات.
  • قيادة العروض والفرص التجارية، وتطوير العروض الفنية والتجارية بالتعاون مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
  • إدارة تنفيذ المشاريع حتى التسليم النهائي مع الحصول على موافقات الجهات المختصة (NOC’s).
  • مراقبة وضبط الميزانية والفواتير.
  • إدارة فريق المهندسين وفريق CAD وتقديم الدعم الفني.
  • تصميم شبكات الجهد العالي، الجهد المتوسط، الجهد المنخفض، إنارة الشوارع، والاتصالات لمشاريع البنية التحتية، المخططات الحضرية، الطرق، والأنفاق.
  • تنفيذ أعمال التأريض، الحماية من الصواعق، حاويات الكابلات، والحماية.
  • إجراء تحليلات تدفق الأحمال، تيارات القصر، مخططات الحماية، وحسابات نظام التأريض.
  • إعداد التقارير والرسومات والحسابات والعروض التقديمية.
  • حضور الاجتماعات مع الجهات الرسمية بخصوص مقترحات تصميم المرافق.
  • الإلمام بلوائح الجهات المحلية في منطقة الخليج.
  • تقديم الحلول الهندسية واستشاراتها للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • الإلمام ببرامج Dialux و Amtech و ETAP و AutoCAD و Civil3D و Navisworks و Microsoft Office لإنتاج المخرجات.
  • اتباع نظام ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) وفقاً لمتطلبات المشاريع.
  • تنظيم وحضور اجتماعات متابعة التقدم مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية.
  • تقليل ملاحظات المستخدمين النهائيين لضمان رضا العملاء وجودة المخرجات.
  • ضمان أن التصميم يلبي جميع المعايير والكودات ذات الصلة.
  • مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية للمقاولين وعروض المواد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مع مرتبة الشرف) أو ما يعادلها، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة بعد التخرج.
  • شهادة مهندس محترف (C.Eng) وشهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • عضوية هيئة مهنية أو العمل نحو الحصول عليها.
  • نمذجة شبكات الطاقة والإضاءة.
  • تصميم تفصيلي للحلول الهندسية.
  • مهارات جيدة في كتابة التقارير.
  • إعداد وثائق موافقات الجهات الرسمية وفقاً لمعاييرها المحلية للحصول على الموافقات.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام برامج Dialux، Amtech، ETAP، AutoCAD، Civil3D، Navisworks، وMicrosoft Office.
  • مهارات تحليلية وهندسية متقدمة.

Job Description

WSP are currently seeking a Principal Engineer - Dry Utilities to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will lead and contribute to the design and implementation of electrical and power infrastructure projects in the Middle East.

You will be responsible for producing engineering design solutions, models, reports and obtaining authority approvals for single and multi-disciplinary design infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Overall engineering solutions, analysis, specifications, and procurement support for the infra projects.
  • Manage Opportunity & Risk on the project.
  • Aave a good knowledge of the contract and key clauses.
  • Manage deliverables and provide the technical support to the team.
  • Prepare time schedules, resource plan and assist in preparation of budgets.
  • Lead bids/prospects, developing techno-commercial offers in liaison with internal and external parties.
  • Manage projects execution till final delivery with NOC’s,
  • Monitor and control budget, invoices.
  • Manage Engineers and CAD team and provide tech support.
  • Design High Voltage, Medium voltage, Low Voltage, Street Lighting and Telecom networks for infrastructure, urban plan, roads, tunnels projects.
  • Carry out Grounding, lightning protection, cable containments and shielding,
  • Undertake the load flow analysis, short circuit, protection schemes, grounding system calculations.
  • Produce reports, drawings, calculations and presentations.
  • Attend meetings with authorities regarding utility design proposals.
  • Aware of local authorities regulations in gulf region.
  • Advise and present engineering solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Dialux, Amtech, ETAP, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks and Microsoft office to produce my deliverables.
  • Follow the QA/QC in compliance with the requirement of the projects.
  • Organize &Attend progress meetings/communications with contractors, consultants and authorities.
  • Minimize end users comments and hence ensure clients satisfaction and quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure that the Design meets all relevant Codes and Standards.
  • Review of Contractor shop drawings and materials submittals.


Qualifications

  • BEng /BSc (Hon) or equivalent discipline with minimum 12 years post graduate experience, C.Eng & PMP are an advantage.
  • Member of/working towards associated Professional body membership.
  • Modelling of power and lighting networks.
  • Detailed design of engineering solutions.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Compiling authority approval documentation in accordance with local authority standards to obtain approvals.
  • Excellent speaking and writing communication skills in English.
