نبذة عن الوظيفة

يبحث القسم الأوسط من WSP عن مدير مشروع أول عالي المستوى لقيادة تسليم برج بارز في الرياض. يتحلى المرشح الناجح بالتزام ثابت بالجودة في كل جانب من جوانب التسليم - من الخدمة التي نقدمها والعلاقات التي نبنيها مع العملاء، إلى الفرق التي نقودها وأعمال التشييد التي نشرف عليها. سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع مراحل تسليم المشروع، وضمان التوافق مع توقعات العميل والميزانية والجدول الزمني والتزام WSP بالتميز.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تسليم مشروع برج شاهق / فائق الارتفاع، مع ضمان أعلى معايير الجودة في كل مرحلة.
  • تعزيز علاقة قوية مع العميل من خلال تقديم خدمة استثنائية باستمرار والعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية.
  • بناء وإدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات عالية الأداء، وضمان التعاون والمساءلة.
  • ضمان إنجاز المشاريع المسندة ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني، مع تلبية متطلبات العميل وأهداف العمل.
  • الإشراف على جميع جوانب تنفيذ المشروع، بما في ذلك إدارة التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاءات ومراقبة التكاليف والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والتوجيه طوال دورة حياة المشروع بأكملها.
  • دفع الابتكار والاستدامة وأفضل الممارسات الرقمية في تسليم المشروع.
  • تمثيل WSP في الاجتماعات رفيعة المستوى والمنتديات الصناعية الأوسع حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة علمية في تخصص يتناسب مع طبيعة العمل المطلوب، مع القدرة على مناقشة الأمور الفنية عبر جميع التخصصات المرتبطة بمشاريع الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
  • أكثر من 20 عامًا من الخبرة في قيادة الإشراف على الإنشاءات لمشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
  • العمل لدى استشارية دولية لمدة تزيد عن 20 عامًا، مع أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الشرق الأوسط.
  • مهارات قيادة واتصال استثنائية، مع حضور قوي في التعامل مع العملاء.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع الأنفاق والضيافة واسعة النطاق، مع فهم عميق للجوانب الفنية المعنية.
  • شهادة PMP أو RICS أو شهادة إدارة مشاريع مماثلة (ميزة إضافية).
  • خبرة في إدارة التصميم قبل التعاقد وفق إطار RIBA (مثل التنسيق خلال مراحل RIBA 2-4، الإشراف على فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات، هندسة القيمة، وحوكمة التصميم).
  • خبرة قيادية في مشاريع الأبراج الشاهقة، مع توضيح النطاق (المساحة الإجمالية، الارتفاع، عدد الطوابق) والتعقيد (متعدد الاستخدامات، الضيافة، سكني، أو تجاري) للمشاريع.
  • خبرة في استراتيجية التسليم المعتمدة على المشاركة المبكرة للمقاول (ECI)، مثل مراجعات قابلية الإنشاء، تخطيط الخدمات اللوجستية، التسلسل، وإدخال هندسة القيمة في مراحل التصميم المبكرة.

Job Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a landmark high-rise tower in Riyadh,KSA. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to quality across every aspect of delivery - from the service we provide and the client relationships we build, to the teams we lead and the construction works we supervise. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, schedule, and WSP’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the delivery of a high-rise / supertall tower project, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld at every stage.
  • Foster a strong client relationship by consistently delivering exceptional service and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in project delivery.
  • Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and within broader industry forums as required.


Qualifications/Experience

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects.
  • 20+ years’ experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.
  • PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
  • Pre-contract design management experience under the RIBA framework (e.g., coordination during RIBA Stages 2-4, oversight of multidisciplinary design teams, value engineering, and design governance).
  • High-rise project leadership experience, clearly noting the scale (GFA, height, no. of floors) and complexity (mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or commercial) of the developments.
  • Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery strategy exposure, such as constructability reviews, logistics planning, sequencing, and value engineering input at early design stages.
