نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى المهندس تقديم الخبرات الفنية من خلال مراجعة خطط المقاولين وإجراءاتهم وتسلسلات المنطق، وحضور عمليات الفحص والاختبارات مع توقع المشكلات المحتملة بناءً على خبرات سابقة في مشاريع توربينات الغاز ذات الدورة المفتوحة/المغلقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الخبرات الفنية من خلال مراجعة خطط وإجراءات وتسلسلات منطق المقاول.
  • حضور واعتماد عمليات الفحص والاختبارات المختلفة.
  • اتباع نهج استباقي لتوقع المشكلات بناءً على الخبرة السابقة في الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • إظهار خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع عدة جهات معنية في بيئة معقدة.
  • الإشراف على نقاط التوقف الرئيسية للاختبار والحفاظ على لوحة تقدم العمل في الموقع لمراحل الاختبار المختلفة.
  • الحفاظ على جهود التنسيق المستمرة لدمج جميع واجهات المشروع في نظام متماسك.
  • مراجعة إجراءات التشغيل الخاصة بالمقاول/الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية وتقارير اختبارات التشغيل.
  • مراجعة إجراءات اختبار الأداء وحساباته.
  • إجراء حسابات مستقلة للتحقق من بيانات الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة التشغيل ومراقبتها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس تقني في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو مؤهل ذي صلة.

Job Description

WSP is hiring for Commissioning Engineer whose responsibilities will include providing technical expertise by reviewing contractor plans, procedures, and logic sequences, attend inspections and tests while anticipating potential issues based on previous testing experience in Open/Close Cycle Gas Turbine projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise by reviewing contractor’s plans, procedures and logic sequences.
  • Attending and approving various inspections and tests
  • Adopt a proactive approach to anticipate issues based on past Testing & Commissioning experience.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Witness key testing hold points and maintain a dashboard of progress onsite for different stages of testing.
  • Maintain continuous coordination efforts to integrate all project interfaces into a cohesive system.
  • Review of Contractor/OEM commissioning procedures, commissioning test reports.
  • ⁠Review of PT procedures and performance test calculations.
  • Perform independent calculations to verify the OEM data
  • Supervision and witness of commissioning activities


Qualifications

B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
