تعلن شركة معادن (Maaden) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير المشاريع الخاصة المتقدمة في مرحلة الاستكشاف (Exploration Advance Stage Special Projects, Manager) في حقل خريص، المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى قيادة المشاريع الاستراتيجية المتقدمة ضمن قطاع الاستكشاف، وتقييم الفرص المعدنية الناشئة مثل اليورانيوم والعناصر الأرضية النادرة والسيليكا وغيرها، بما يسهم في تنويع محفظة الشركة وتحقيق النمو طويل الأمد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع الاستكشاف الخاصة من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءاً من تطوير المفهوم وحتى التمركز الاستراتيجي.
- العمل كمُدمج استراتيجي لضمان تنفيذ جميع مكونات المشروع بدقة وسرية وبما يتوافق مع استراتيجية تطوير الموارد طويلة الأمد لشركة معادن.
- طرح وصقل مفاهيم الاستكشاف للموارد المعدنية غير التقليدية (مثل اليورانيوم والعناصر الأرضية النادرة).
- المساعدة في فرز وترتيب أولويات الأهداف بناءً على الإمكانات الجيولوجية والملاءمة الاستراتيجية والجدوى التنظيمية.
- تنسيق العمليات الميدانية بما في ذلك الحفر وأخذ العينات والمسوحات الجيوفيزيائية، مع الالتزام بالمعايير الفنية ومعايير السلامة.
- التعامل مع الأطر التنظيمية، والحصول على التصاريح، وإدارة الامتثال عبر مختلف الولايات القضائية.
- إشراك الفرق متعددة التخصصات والشركاء الخارجيين (الجيولوجيا، البنية التحتية، التصاريح، الشؤون الحكومية) لضمان تسليم المشروع بشكل متكامل.
- وضع الفرص المعدنية الناشئة في موقع يمكنها من التقدم ضمن خط أنابيب الاستكشاف والتطوير الأوسع لشركة معادن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا أو الجيوفيزياء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الاستكشاف المعدني، مع التعرض لمشاريع الحقول الخضراء والحدود المبكرة.
- خبرة في مشاريع الاستكشاف والتطوير المتقدمة ومخرجات البيانات الفنية المرتبطة بها.
- قدرة مثبتة على دعم تقييم وتطوير الموارد المعدنية.
- معرفة عملية بعمليات التصاريح والعوامل البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة (ESG) والمتطلبات التنظيمية الوطنية ذات الصلة بقطاعي التعدين أو الطاقة.
- كفاءة قوية في النمذجة الجيولوجية، ومعرفة أساسية بتقدير الموارد وإدارة سير عمل الاستكشاف.
- فهم سليم للتخطيط المالي وتقييم التكاليف وتقييم المشاريع التخمينية ضمن قيود الميزانية ورأس المال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منصب إداري يقود فرقًا متعددة التخصصات في مجال الاستكشاف أو المجالات التقنية ذات الصلة.
- قدرة مثبتة على التعاون الفعال مع القيادة التنفيذية والجهات التنظيمية والشركاء الخارجيين لدعم أهداف المشروع ومواءمة أصحاب المصلحة وأهداف الامتثال.

- Coordinating complex technical, regulatory, and strategic workstreams, ensuring seamless integration across geology, permitting, infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement.
- Driving the transition of unconventional mineral targets from early-stage concepts to advanced exploration phases, including resource definition, feasibility support, and pre-development positioning.
- Upholding strict confidentiality protocols and ensuring full compliance with internal governance and external regulatory frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
The Manager leads the end-to-end execution of Special Exploration Projects, overseeing their full lifecycle from conceptualization to strategic positioning. The role functions as a strategic integrator, ensuring that all project components are executed with precision, confidentiality, and alignment to Maaden’s long-term resource development strategy.
This Includes
- Initiating and refining exploration concepts for non-traditional mineral commodities (e.g., uranium, rare earth elements)
- Helping to screen and prioritize targets based on geological potential, strategic fit, and regulatory feasibility
- Coordinating field operations, including drilling, sampling, and geophysical surveys, in alignment with technical and safety standards
- Navigating regulatory frameworks, securing permits, and managing compliance across jurisdictions
- Engaging multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including geology, infrastructure, permitting, and government affairs, to ensure integrated project delivery
- Positioning emerging mineral opportunities for advancement within Maaden’s broader exploration and development pipeline
- Operates under the strategic direction and oversight of the Director, Advance Stage Special Projects
- Holds operational responsibility for executing approved technical plans, managing resources, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Makes day-to-day decisions within the boundaries of Maaden’s corporate policies, governance frameworks, and strategic priorities
- Accountable for project deliverables and milestone execution, subject to regular portfolio reviews and checkpoint evaluations to ensure compliance, performance, and strategic alignment
- Supports project prioritization and resource allocation, providing recommendations based on technical merit, risk assessment, and strategic value
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with exposure to greenfield and early-stage frontier projects.
- Exposure to advanced exploration-development projects and associated technical data deliverables.
- Proven ability to support the evaluation and advancement of mineral resources.
- Working knowledge of permitting processes, ESG factors, and national regulatory requirements relevant to the mining or energy sectors.
- Strong proficiency in geological modeling, and basic knowledge of resource estimation, and management of exploration workflows.
- Sound understanding of financial planning, cost evaluation, and assessing speculative projects within budget and capital constraints.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity leading multidisciplinary teams within exploration or related technical domains.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership, regulatory authorities, and external partners to support project goals, stakeholder alignment, and compliance objectives.
