هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك تبحث عن مهندس أول عمليات الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات (System/Database Operations Senior Engineer) في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
شاغلو الوظائف في هذا المستوى قادرون على العمل بأقل قدر من الإشراف. يعملون ضمن إرشادات وإجراءات لإعداد تقارير أكثر تعقيدًا أو تخصصًا أو مخصصة في مجالهم ذي الصلة. يساهمون في إكمال المعالم أو الأهداف التشغيلية ضمن المجال الوظيفي المحدد. تشمل مهامهم التشغيلية المشاركة في تطوير أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك ومعايير تشغيل قواعد البيانات، والمشاركة في تركيب البرمجيات والأجهزة وأنظمة التشغيل وتكوينها وتحديثها وفق الخطة، والمساعدة في تنفيذ التصحيحات التشغيلية والأمنية وملاحظات الإصدار من الموردين، واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتقديم الدعم الفني للبلاغات والتذاكر، ومراقبة أنظمة وتطبيقات الهيئة يوميًا لضمان عملها السليم ودعمها بتقارير الأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم النموذج التشغيلي الحالي لأنظمة وقواعد بيانات الهيئة، وتحديد الفجوات والتحديات لتحديد مجالات تحسين عمليات الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات، والاطلاع على أحدث الاتجاهات والمعايير.
- الإشراف على جميع أنشطة العمل اليومية لعمليات الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات، وتقييم جدوى الأتمتة لبناء نصوص برمجية تعمل على أتمتة العمليات اليومية عند الإمكان.
- استلام ومراجعة طلبات التغيير المتعلقة بأنظمة وقواعد البيانات، ومراقبة تنفيذ الطلبات لضمان معالجة جميع الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات ومعايير التشغيل القياسية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة مضبوطة ومتسقة.
- توفير التوجيه الواضح، وتحديد أولويات المهام، وتوزيع المسؤوليات، ومراقبة سير عمل المرؤوسين/الموظفين المبتدئين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports in their related field. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area.
They undertake operational activities including participating in the development of ZATCA IT systems and database operations guidelines and standards. Participating in the installation, configuration and upgrades of software, hardware, operating systems and processes as planned. Assisting in the implementation of operations and security patches as well as vendors’ release notes. Troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing technical support for incidents and tickets. Monitoring ZATCA systems and applications on a daily basis to ensure proper operation and support with performance reports.

Job Resposiblites
- Assess current ZATCA systems and database operational model, identify gaps and challenges to define IT systems and database operations areas of improvement and stay abreast of the latest trends and standards
- Oversee all daily work activities of systems and database operations, assess the feasibility of automation to build scripts automating the daily operations of when possible
- Receive and review change requests related to IT systems and database, monitor the implementation of the requests to ensure that all requests are handled on time
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
