We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service operations within our cable management manufacturing business. The successful candidate will supervise the customer service team and coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

• Supervise the customer service team and daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Communicate order updates and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues.
• Maintain customer records and prepare order and delivery reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in Cable Tray Fabrication & Cable Management System is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cable trays, cable ladders, trunking, and accessories is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, email, and business communication.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
