Job Title: Divisional Quality Assurance Manager - Dairy / Infant Nutrition (

Al Kharj- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Divisional Quality Assurance Manager to join our Dairy & Infant Nutrition Business Unit.

This role is accountable for driving business performance through full compliance with Quality Management Systems, while providing strategic leadership across divisional quality functions, processes, and teams to achieve business and quality objectives.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, Applied Science, or related discipline
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• Certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred)

Experience

• 10-15 years of Quality Management experience within a multinational dairy, infant nutrition, or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
• Experience in regulatory interaction and crisis management
• Proven track record in facility start-ups, expansions, and validation activities
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities

• Expertise in developing quality management and food safety programs
