We Are Hiring: Technical Engineer - Infrastructure & Earthworks

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Technical Engineer to join our technical office team and support large-scale Infrastructure and Mass Earthworks projects.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical submittals, managing shop drawings, reviewing geotechnical and survey data, performing volume calculations for excavation and filling, and ensuring that all engineering documentation aligns with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Perform earthwork volume calculations (cut and fill), cross-sections, and grading plans using civil engineering software.
• Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical queries (RFIs) and design discrepancies.
• Prepare method statements, material submittals, and technical compliance reports for earthworks and infrastructure utilities.
• Maintain organized technical documentation and log systems for drawings, approvals, and submittals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering.
• Professional Accreditation: Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

Required/Preferred Certifications:

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office / Excel.
• PMP or BIM certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of technical office engineering experience in major civil infrastructure, mass earthworks, and land development projects.
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, earthwork quantities estimation, and site technical coordination.
