المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة استراتيجيات وسياسات وإجراءات أمنية شاملة للمنتجع بأكمله.
- قيادة وإدارة وتدريب فريق أمن عالي الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة اليقظة والاحترافية وخدمة الضيوف.
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للمخاطر في جميع أنحاء الممتلكات، بما في ذلك مناطق الضيوف وقاعات الفعاليات والمطاعم والمناطق الخلفية، لتحديد التهديدات المحتملة والتخفيف منها.
- الإشراف على تشغيل وصيانة جميع أنظمة الأمن، بما في ذلك كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول والإنذار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- معرفة واسعة بمبادئ وممارسات وتقنيات الأمن الحديثة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية أمر أساسي؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو شهادة مهنية في إدارة الأمن أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures for the entire resort.
- Lead, manage, and train a high-performing security team, fostering a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and guest service.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of the property, including guest areas, event spaces, restaurants, and back-of-house operations, to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Manage all security-related incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and produce detailed reports for senior management.
- Act as the primary liaison with local law enforcement, government agencies, and emergency services.
- Develop and implement robust crisis management and emergency response plans, ensuring all team members are fully trained.
- Manage the security department's budget, including forecasting and resource allocation.
- Ensure the resort's full compliance with all local laws and regulations pertaining to safety and security.
- Proven experience in a senior security management role, preferably within a five-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a significant security team.
- Extensive knowledge of modern security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm and authoritative in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
- A relevant degree or professional certification in security management or a related field is preferred.
