يعمل عميلنا، وهو مطور بنية تحتية رئيسي في جدة، على إدارة كمية هائلة من بيانات المشاريع عبر أدوات متعددة. ومع توسع عملياتهم، بدأت عمليات إعداد التقارير بالانحراف. ستنضم إلى فريقنا عن بُعد للمساعدة في تتبع الفجوات التي تظهر فيها الأرقام غير متناسقة عبر لوحات المعلومات المختلفة. هذا منصب مبتدئ مصمم لمن يستمتع بآلية تحرك البيانات من مصدر الحقيقة إلى التقرير النهائي. ستتعلم تحديد سبب فشل قاعدة توجيه معينة أو عدم إتمام التسوية كما هو مخطط. نظراً لأن هذا الدور عن بُعد بالكامل، فإننا نعتمد على التواصل الدقيق والالتزام بالنظر في السجلات الفعلية لحل المشكلات. في Tech Pipeline، نؤمن بأن أفضل طريقة للعمل هي بالوضوح المطلق. نتجنب الاجتماعات الاستراتيجية الطويلة ونعتمد بدلاً من ذلك على التوثيق المفصل والتحديثات المكتوبة الأسبوعية. نحن هنا لإصلاح الجزء المعطل من العمليات التجارية، ونقدر الأشخاص المستعدين لفتح النظام والنظر إلى السجلات. عند إنهاء المشروع، نضمن أن العميل يمكنه تشغيله بنفسه. نبحث عن أشخاص يفخرون بهذا النوع من التسليم الملموس ويستمتعون بفك تشابك مسارات البيانات المعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة السجلات اليومية للتأكد من تشغيل التقارير الآلية بنجاح وتحديد أي انقطاعات.
- مقارنة صادرات البيانات من أنظمة مختلفة لمعرفة أين تتوقف الأرقام عن التطابق.
- تحديث قواعد التوجيه الحالية في محرك التقارير بناءً على متطلبات المشروع الجديدة.
- توثيق المنطق خطوة بخطوة لكيفية بناء تقرير معين ليبقى متاحاً للعميل.
- المساعدة في تنظيف المهام المتراكمة حيث أخطأت إدخالات البيانات في تحريف إجماليات المشروع.
- اختبار طرق عرض التقارير الجديدة للتحقق من أنها تعكس بدقة مصدر الحقيقة في قاعدة البيانات.
- مراقبة تنبيهات النظام ووصف الأخطاء المتكررة للقائد التقني.
- الانضمام إلى جلسات استكشاف الأخطاء عن بُعد لملاحظة أين يواجه المشغلون احتكاكاً في مهامهم اليومية.
المهارات المطلوبة
