أمازون، أكبر موقع للتجارة الإلكترونية في العالم العربي، تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي الصحة والسلامة المهنية (WHS Specialist) في الرياض، السعودية، حيث سيكون دورك محوريًا في الإشراف على معايير الصحة والسلامة في محطة التوصيل والعمل على تحسين الكفاءة والوظائف بشكل مستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الصحة والسلامة ورضا الموظفين في محطة التوصيل، بما في ذلك متابعة رفاهية الموظفين وإنتاجيتهم.
- التعاون بفعالية في مشاريع الصحة والسلامة عبر مختلف مواقع العمليات.
- تقديم التوجيه بشأن قضايا الصحة والسلامة لجميع الأطراف المعنية، خاصةً تلك المتعلقة بمجال المسؤولية المحدد.
- مراجعة ومراقبة ترتيبات إدارة الصحة والسلامة، مع تحسين هذه الترتيبات باستمرار عند الاقتضاء.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ نظم عمل لتقليل مخاطر الصحة والسلامة، مثل التوصية بتعديلات مناسبة للآلات والعمليات.
- ضمان وجود أنظمة تقارير قوية لإحصائيات الصحة والسلامة.
- إعداد وثائق مكتوبة للصحة والسلامة (إجراءات، أدوات، تدريب) باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- تزويد الإدارة بالمعلومات والإحصائيات المتعلقة بمجال المسؤولية.
- دعم التغيير في الأعمال عبر عمليات إدارة تغيير فعالة في بيئة محطة التوصيل المرنة.
- توجيه برامج تغيير الثقافة السلوكية عبر عملية كبيرة ومعقدة ومتعددة المناوبات.
- تنفيذ ومراجعة سياسات السلامة العالمية لأمازون، مع ضمان استيفاء المتطلبات التشريعية المحلية.
- ضمان تنفيذ عمليات السلامة الخاصة بإدارة المقاولين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية (WHS).
- معرفة بلوائح OSHA، وتحديدًا 29 CFR 1910.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Word في بيئة مهنية.
- خبرة في الحفاظ على السرية في الأمور المتعلقة بالأمن أو قضايا الموظفين في مكان العمل.
- حاصل على شهادة NEBOSH أو IOSH.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- حاصل على شهادة كوادر المستوى 2.
- (مؤهلات مفضلة) خبرة في الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- (مؤهلات مفضلة) خبرة في إدارة حالات تعويض العمال.

Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Handling Health and Safety and employee satisfaction at your delivery station, including supervising employee wellbeing and productivity.
- Effectively collaborating on Health and Safety projects, across various Operations sites.
- Providing guidance on Health & Safety matters to all stakeholders, especially on those relating to your designated area of responsibility.
- Review and audit arrangements for Health & Safety management, while continuously improving these arrangements where appropriate.
- Plan and implement work systems around reducing Health and Safety risks, e.g. recommending suitable adaptations to machinery and processes.
- Ensure robust reporting regimes are in place for Health and Safety statistics.
- Develop written Health & Safety documentation (procedures, tools and training (in both English and local language.
- Provide management with information and statistics related to your area of responsibility.
- Support business change, via effective change management processes in the context of your delivery station ’s flexible environment
- Direct behavioral culture change programs, across a large, complex, multi-shift operation.
- Implement and review Amazon’s global safety policies, ensuring that local legislative requirements are also met.
- Ensure contractor management safety processes are implemented
- 3+ years of workplace health & safety (WHS) related field experience
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Word in a professional capacity
- Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personnel issues in the workplace
- NEBOSH or IOSH certified.
- Good communicator - English & Arabic
- kawader certifaied Level 2
- Experience in emergency response
- Experience in worker's compensation case management
